Riceviamo dalla Fedespedi l'aggiornamento delle tabelle riassuntive (in Italian e Inglese) degli Stati che hanno adottato lo standard Ispm 15, o che lo adotteranno a breve.
We received from Fedespedi (Italian federation of freight forwarders) the summary update (in Italian and English) of the States that joined to the ISPM 15 standard, or that are joining shortly.
Le tabelle hanno carattere unicamente di guida. L'elenco degli Stati è infatti "costruito" da informazioni presenti in Internet sui siti ufficiali e potrebbe subire modifiche relativamente alla data di effettiva applicazione senza che ne sia dato congruo preavviso.
In caso di dubbio è sempre consigliabile adempiere agli obblighi previsti dagli standard, al fine di evitare problemi dispendiosi si in termini di tempo che economici.
The tables have to be considered only as a guide. The list of States is indeed "built" from information found on the official websites and could be modified in relation to the effective date of application without giving adequate notice.

International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) sono le norme fitosanitarie sviluppate dalla International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) che regolano la necessità di trattare gli imballaggi in legno di spessore superiore a 6 mm, al per la spedizione degli stessi in altri Paesi. Lo scopo principale è quello di impedire la diffusione di malattie e insetti che potrebbero influire negativamente sulle piante e sugli ecosistemi dei paesi importatori. Le norme dell'ISPM 15 riguardano tutto il materiale da imballaggio in legno (pallet, gabbie, casse, ecc) e richiedono che questi siano scortecciati e poi sottoposti a trattamento termico o fumigazione con bromuro di metile per poi essere marchiate con il logo di conformità. Questo marchio di conformità è colloquialmente noto come "wheat stamp". Sono esenti dalle regole dell'ISPM 15 i prodotti realizzati con materiali alternativi, come la carta, la plastica, il truciolato e il compensato.
International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) is an International Phytosanitary Measure developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) that directly addresses the need to treat wood materials of a thickness greater than 6mm, used to ship products between countries. Its main purpose is to prevent the international transport and spread of disease and insects that could negatively affect plants or ecosystems. ISPM 15 affects all wood packaging material (pallets, crates, dunnages, etc.) requiring that they be debarked and then heat treated or fumigated with methyl bromide and stamped or branded,[1] with a mark of compliance. This mark of compliance is colloquially known as the "wheat stamp". Products exempt from the ISPM 15 are made from alternative material, like paper, plastic or wood panel products (i.e. OSB, hardboard, and plywood).
