I think what we're seeing on the aro poll is a lot of LGBT people like myself who, when in LGBT spaces and seeing ace/aro people won't say anything in order to not rock the boat, but now with the ability to vote anonymously can share their true opinion.
Either way my guy, still really pissed about the votes skewing towards No.
Aro is a proper orientation in the LGBTQ+ and yet people still exclude it for reasons unknown to me.
