Honestly, maybe it's living in America or just the places I've been to but like even the places I would consider "fancy," the places I've gone to that I've considered a "splurge" have had a chicken tenders soption in like at least the appetizers section, (excluding food places that have a very specific cultural cuisine. And even then sometimes I see it.) so like to see people go, " what fancy place even has chicken tenders?" Makes me realize oh yeah we are/were poor poor. The stuff we consider a splurge is probably just a regular meal out for people
