I’m off to clean up my dad’s diarrhea, because he did the opposite of taking his diabetes seriously. Even minus a leg, at three hundred pounds, and unable to sit on a toilet he doesn’t take his diabetes seriously. He suffers so much because of his lack of any self care. He lies to the doctors, to us, to himself. It is slow, messy, painful suicide.
