Marin Morrell reached out to Lydia several months ago, expressing her personal interest in creating a documentary that told everyone's side of the story. Lydia isn’t sure anyone else really gets to have a side, but her schedule is relatively open, these days. So, she thought, in the vein of her younger self, fuck it.

Sour Candy, the '90s girl band comprised of Lydia Martin, Allison Argent, Kira Yukimura, and Malia Tate, left fans speechless when they split at what seemed to be their renaissance in 1999. Speculated to have been due to the addition of Cora Hale in 1996 after Allison Argent called it quits, Marin Morrell aims to finally uncover some of the truth.

It has been a bit since i've posted something knitty, so here we go. After 2 1/2 year I finally finished my shawl. This is the Öland Shawl, designed by Marja de Haan. 3 years ago my grandmother gifted me a book with this pattern included.

I then searched for 6 months to find a packet with all the wool, wich is spun on the island Öland, in Sweden. After that the knitting started. The first part is quick work, but the further you get, the more stitches you have to make. The last part was knitting the border around the shawl, and folding it over the 'raw' edge. Today I stitched it, and thus finished my shawl! Wahoo!!!!
