You really would have thought that chapter four would have seen me banging my head against a wall. And believe me it did. That scene hurt. But dear me.. these two are idiots. I can’t even deal with it, and I’m the one writing them.
I mean, seriously. This is the best prompt ever. It challenges the social more that dictates two individuals having a child should be together as a couple. We live in the 21st century, and I enjoy that aspect of the story. But dagnabit, these two... we know how they feel about one another already, yeah? They’re just being ridiculous. And blind, and stubborn. Knowing what lies ahead is probably what’s seriously killing me.
We can do this, though. As challenging as this is to write, I do enjoy them, stubborn awkwardness and all.
