Torrin’s eventing comeback tour had its first stop in Aiken at Sporting Days Farm.
I made another successful trip around the sun and I was rewarded with a nice long weekend for my birthday. Big surprise, I did mostly pony activities :) Torrin and I made our return to the world of eventing at a schooling combined test. It didn't going as we planned, but it was a great first outing. It was his first course in competition that he's completed since 2016. The next day we schooled xc at my favorite private facility and then topped things off with hibachi!
Torrin may be black and white, but he is also “Screaming Color”...at least at jumper shows where he competes under an alias because sometimes he puts a bounce in a one stride
Some exceptionally poor quality footage of Big T during his second time out schooling cross county this year. We had never been to this facility before so it was great to see some new fences and better terrain, hills are hard to come by in the Piedmont. Also enjoy some bloopers when things don’t go as planned.
The options for which freeze frame to pick were awesome this time...wow I am an exceptional specimen. Anyways, I realize now that I am talking incredibly fast throughout most of this and for that I would like to say TOO FUCKING BAD. Also, look at that handsome pickle pony, god I love him!
