Well, thank you - I'll wear your 'a little weird' as a badge of honor, because I can think of a multitude of people who are/were a little weird, and have done some wonderful and amazing things for this world. Actually, the first time I read this Ask, I couldn't help but think of Alan Turing, who referred to himself as an 'odd duck'.

Not that I'm comparing, mind you, but on the spectrum of weird (and goofy, which I clearly am), he's pretty good company to have.

Torrin’s eventing comeback tour had its first stop in Aiken at Sporting Days Farm.

I made another successful trip around the sun and I was rewarded with a nice long weekend for my birthday.  Big surprise, I did mostly pony activities :) Torrin and I made our return to the world of eventing at a schooling combined test.  It didn't going as we planned, but it was a great first outing.  It was his first course in competition that he's completed since 2016.  The next day we schooled xc at my favorite private facility and then topped things off with hibachi!

She wasn’t--well, isn’t--really weird, but she is a loner and quite unique.  And she was--well, is--the most beautiful soul I have ever known.  I will never know another like her.  And it’s a good thing.  I couldn’t live through that kind of (impossible) love for anyone again.
