@oh-no-its-bird hi there!!! I was reading "A Collection of Thoughts" on Ao3 and now Tsuki is possessing my brain (He is such an insane asshole he's so fun) and I wanted to try my hand at drawing him

And then I thought it'd be funny/silly to draw him in the "_ or draw 25 meme"

(you can also see glimpses of Sora and Tetsuo, since I kept eyeing the other arms in the pic and going "... okay but what if")

Going through this little scene study, as I painted the clothing, I realised they gave Armand a different style, still sexy in the way that the clothes are layered to make the viewer wonder what's beneath, allowing the body to show its mass when the clothing moves. And, there's shaping going on with the outer piece that's giving the body a lot more volume and size. Armand's modern clothing in Dubai was sexy in a more straight forward way, shirts open and skin on display, and was very body-fitting. So the two changes in the type of sexiness and shape language are ought to mean something, no? Feel free to tell me what you think.

I think the shape change is a simple narrative shift, Armand is occupying a lot more space because he's no longer hiding or trying to look small and harmless, could also be related to confidence, either getting more or less confidence, trying as Louis might say, to fit into a man's clothing...

While the type of sexiness shift is meant to make him more alluring, he's no longer giving freely, one has to do some digging to catch the glimpses that his body gives, which could also lead me into thinking that maybe this is an expression of sexual agency that he's allowing his body to have, to reveal what it wants, not what it's supposed to reveal...

(Also, did anyone notice that I painted his hair with orange and green curls? In my head he dyed those ends orange! and some green, he's immortal, he can afford a hair fuck up).
