In honour of it being 05/05 Aka Fives Day...

"We are loyal soldiers. We follow orders, but we are not a bunch of unthinking droids! We are men! We must be trusted to make the right decisions, especially when the orders we are given are wrong!"

I would also like to bring up this one line that Fives says to Rex during the Umbara arc.

"Where is the honor in marching blindly to our deaths?"

Fives walked to his likely death, later on. He knew he would probably die, but for the truth, in order to do the right thing, he went with his eyes open. Not blindly. He knew what he was doing. Because yes. He was a good soldier. But more importantly, he was a good man.

RIP Fives, a good soldier, a good brother, and most of all, a good man.
