so they both frequent the same dog park in Wherever and their dogs have frolicked together and such but it's always been a polite "hey." "hey." style interaction - like, they don't know each other's names or anything. their beasts get along well (lauren's millie gets along with anyone/anything tbh) but they've never really met ~properly~ and introduced themselves ja feel.

but oh ho. they will.

like not exactly the "falling in a pond" meet cute but along those lines.

so that's where it starts.

and it'll just be doGS and fluFF and it'll be adorable.
