━✦︎ Poly disaster - falls in love with a new person every 6 months or so, even when trying to not to. It’s not even commitment issues - he doesn’t hide anything from any existing partners or anything (well, mostly, but sometimes there’s misunderstandings), and still stays involved with them as well if they still want to be his partner...but it does make his relationships an inconsistent mess.
━✦︎ His whole life is a series of absurd noodle incidents. He’ll drop the wildest, most unbelievable comments in passing, refuse to elaborate, and if asked, will probably give an answer that tells you nothing and brings up 3 NEW questions. At some point people learn not to ask how he has certain items/specific skillsets/abilities/has the most influential people you can imagine he can just call up for a favor.
━✦︎ ‘Fake it till you make it’ lead him to having a bit too much ego – luckily, only for things he’s ACTUALLY good at. He’s not the type to pretend to know how to do something just to impress others, but he WILL be obnoxious about swaggering around for the things he knows he’s good at.
━✦︎ He’s a functioning alcoholic, to a degree that he’s a better shot (and better pilot) with a small amount of alcohol in him. It’s small enough amounts that no one notices anything amiss during average daily routines – things like a half-shot of something in his morning coffee, basically. It’s been such a long-standing way of ‘dealing with’ (aka: NOT dealing with) his trauma that he can’t even imagine a different way of handling anymore.
━✦︎ Both of the two above points tie into something really important – his probability manipulation powers. His Force sensitivity manifests in a way that’s hard to perceive because it just looks like the dumbest luck ever from the outside – which isn’t even incorrect. Between his ego and a shot of liquid confidence in his blood at all hours, it’s like the dude is rolling with super advantage on EVERYTHING he has a level of assured-ness that he can do it. It does work the opposite way as well, of course – when things go wrong for him it’s a cascading shitshow of awful – but usually it ends in him being able to do the most batshit impossible things.
━✦︎ Names his favorite belongings – his ship, his blasters, hell probably his favorite leather jacket, too. If he still has something a few years later and you see him use it at least twice a week, it very likely has a nickname.
━✦︎ Shameless flirting is so ingrained in his theatrical habits he does it without even realizing. Almost everyone who interacts with him for longer than a few hours is going to get flirted at at least a little bit, even if he’s not actually interested. He also just likes doing it – he has plenty of friends where neither of them are remotely interested in actually getting together, but they still flirt with each other just for the fun of it.
