Well it depends on what angle we're getting at. First one I played was probably Pinball on Windows.
First games I got as a kid were a little game called Gifty, which I received along my own Gameboy Color.
The first game I completed was the Pokemon Trading Card Game also on Gameboy Color.
My first game I bought myself was Galador on PC.

There's too many options here.
Ganondorf is a classic. Particularly the one in Wind Waker comes to mind. He has so much aura.
Then of course I do love Lady Dimitrescu for many reasons.
Mithos Yggdrasil from Tales of Symphonia is a character I still remember vividly as well.
If you want to count him: LaCroix from the OG Bloodlines is one of the antagonists of all time to me. Great writing, voice performance and everything.
