Commencing the the Ithaca Quidditch 2014 - 2015 Elections
Hello, Everyone!
We've come to the end of another quidditch season, which means that it's time to hold elections for next year's E-Board and coaching staff.
We will be holding elections for the following positions for next season:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Head Coach Assistant Coach
Position Captains

As of today, April 21st, the nomination period is open.
Nominations can be done anonymously through the survey emailed to all team members. (for security purposes we can't post the link to tumblr/twitter) If you do not see the email in your inbox or cannot access the team facebook post, please send an email to [email protected] requesting the survey link.
The nomination period will close at 23:00 on Thursday, April 24th.
A list of the nominees will then be published from this email, and also posted to the team social media pages Nominees who wish to campaign for their positions may then submit campaign materials (written statements and/or links to videos) to the team email for publication. All campaign materials will be published no later than 11:00 pm on the day that they are received.
The election period will open at 11:00 pm on Wednesday, April 30th, and will conclude on11:00 pm on Friday, May 2nd. The winners will then be announced on Saturday, May 3rd.
