jaipur just got a new ITI and honestly this is the good kind of news 🏗️
so colonel rajyavardhan rathore laid the foundation stone for a new govt ITI building in sanchoti, jhotwara — and the local community showed up in BIG numbers for it.
like genuinely big crowd. locals, public reps, party workers, everyone.
and the reason people are happy? this isn't just "another building" — it's skill education coming to their doorstep.
right now if you're a young person in that area and you want technical/vocational training, you probably have to travel. once this ITI is built, that barrier just... disappears.
rathore basically said: skill-based education is THE thing right now, and having this locally means:
better access to modern technical training
real employment opportunities
a shot at being self-reliant without leaving home
he also tied it back to the national skill development push under PM modi — and talked about expanding schools + hostels across jhotwara too, which would be huge for rural students specifically.
people at the event were genuinely thankful — and honestly, when education + employment infrastructure shows up in smaller areas like sanchoti, it's the kind of development that quietly changes a LOT for the next generation.
small town, big step. 🙌
