Do you think goodness is natural?
Hm... I mean that depends a lot on the definition of "natural" really. Like are we talking about purely from birth? Because no, that would be silly. People's upbringing and background's gonna have a lot to do with their values and personality and such.
That being said, I think if we do factor in nurture, there's definitely a type of person who's more inclined to help others, consider people's thoughts and feelings and try to understand them, etc. and a type of person who really doesn't bother. I'm not super-convinced it's very common for one type to become the other, though the way it comes through can change - character development that radical, I think, is limited to fiction. I could be wrong though.
If this just means like, "the nature of humans" then I'd say "yes but." Humans are a species who evolved to collaborate, hence why society exists and whatnot - it's just that often we collaborate to build really shitty, broken systems, or to go to war with people who have different systems and/or things worth lots of money.
