To keep feeding this ever-expanding special interest, I was thinking for a while of watching every single fucking stuff Ilkka and Matthew have ever starred in. Movies, series, McDonalds commercials whatever.
Today then I decided to start a repository of them, but dumbass me started searching Ilkka’s stuff, and now I’m going to sleep really bummed because I can’t find half of the stuff on his IMDB :(
Really only found Ivalo, Sorjonen and Imaginaerum. Invisible Heroes didn’t download for some reason. And some others just didn’t have anything anywhere.
I may look into a VPN maybe, if those work. Hope they have English subtitles. I’m really interested in The Street Where I Live because he looks so cute on that one ngl 🥺
But before that I’ll tackle Matt’s stuff first, for sure it will be easier to find. God Bless America 🇲🇾 🦅
Actually, as an addendum - today I watched his Imagination Movers episode because a kind soul uploaded all of them to YouTube (watching it was actually the thing that motivated me into actually kickstarting this project) and it was fun as hell. Like, YouTube has downgraded so much of my views of kids media, that watching this show reminded me how better the quality of those things were. And his Steven Spielberg spoof had a lot of fun expressions and gestures and he fucking DID A BLACKFLIP OUT OF NOWHERE. They just lost the opportunity to make him sing, sad. My girlfriend @elevenwav used to watch this show when she was a kid, she even watched this episode, it’s fun to imagine that her first Porretta Experience was probably this (or maybe it was Alan Wake, those came out in the same year)
But yeah I want to find and document everything I can, it’s gonna be fun :)
