Introducing the Utroms to Rise!!
its no secret i have a little story in my head that I need to expand upon- (and I will) but, I really want to introduce the utrom and ch'rell's shredder from the 2003 tmnt to rise
but I wanted them to look different from the krang, so i changed their designs up a bit!
if youve seen 2k3, you might recognize ch'rell, mortu, and the 'normal' utrom agents/minor characters. the other three are original and serve purposes that will be expanded upon later >:3c
the most glaring difference is that these utroms are squishy, moreso jelly-like beings that can shape shift, via databases of alien dna they have collected. The agent badges usually do this for them!
however, ch'rell is a banished fugitive criminal, so his methods are.. different. but he does still have the ability to do so.
and rise! Ch'rell doesnt pose as oroku saki either... 👀
