This is the meme I posted on Facebook several years ago and I reposted it. I have to do 70 squats and 290 situps.
I have been having issues with my right leg because I have sciatica so i cannot do a full squat. I made sure that I at least got down there. In between I used my blue resistance band (I have no idea how many pounds it ends up being just the green one didnt really do much for me last time) I figured since I was doing half a squat hit my arms too so in between the first set did the biceps. 2nd set another type of curl. 3nd set butterfly. 4th set tricep curls.
I have a hernia in my stomach. I got it in physical therapy after my coma from straining so hard. Didnt realize it until I started getting stomach aches all the time when I tried to bend over when I started losing weight. Now sometimes especially when I'm bloated it looks like what I call a hernia baby and some days it hurts.
My uga for this journey is to weigh 200lbs. I need to be 250 for hernia surgery.
That being said I cannot do situps. I can do crunches. Since they were not full sit ups I did a set of 10 and 5 v crunches (I obviously cannot bring my elbows to my knees) in between.
I laugh through this entire video because I am truly embarrassed at
1. How difficult this was
2. How humiliating I felt trying to do it.
3. How embarrassed I was to say I am too fat to do these things
But I did them and eventually they will get better.
