Every thing matters. The energy we choose to absorb is the energy we will experience. It is reciprocated back to us. Your choices are your power.
What is standing between you and what you want to feel in this life experience, is the need for control. Let it all go. Trust in yourself that you can make the choices aligned for you without forcing them with your mind. Trust in your ability to adapt. You don’t need to know everything, knowing it all won’t truly help. You need to build your self-trust. That will truly open you up to feel the fullness of what this life has to offer.
The way to honour ourselves, to honour our soul, to honour the gift that is our life experience here, to honour our path is to express the fullness of ourselves; is to allow our wisdom to pour through, is to not hide the vastness of the wisdom that we hold. Openness and authenticity isn’t about being open in a way that others wish for us to be, it actually isn’t about meeting people where they are at; it’s about sharing from our perspective and allowing others the opportunity to meet us at a middle ground.
We are all here to “trigger” one another into further growth. When we hold back our truth to protect another we are harming ourselves and we are not helping others; we are further perpetuating the inauthenticity already existing, that which we hold the key to change in any moment. Hold the intention of compassion and do not hide the vastness of your soul; do not make yourself smaller to make others temporarily comfortable. Comfort is an illusion, truth is freedom, truth is power. Use that power with compassionate intentions for yourself, for others and for the universe at large. Be the truth.
Your internal power can never run out. Energy cannot be created, nor destroyed. Energy is transformed. Your internal power is dependant on the beliefs you allow yourself to hold about yourself. They are not who you are, they are malleable thoughts. Day by day, continue to observe and then, transform your thoughts. And so, your internal power will ignite.
You don’t need to make sense of it all. You need to unblock the stagnations within your body, mind and energy-field and allow the infinite wisdom to come pouring through.
