So for those who didn't catch the memo on what SLCC is doing with the Mark Hamill panel: you know how at SDCC they have PetCo Park right across the street from Hall H? And maybe you've walked around the convention sort of wondering, "Why don't they just put the big panels over there and let everyone into the baseball stadium instead?" Basically SLCC IS doing that--they rented the nearby basketball stadium, which has a seating capacity of about 20k, and using that for the Hamill panel. This ensures everyone that bought a pass for today gets to come to the panel if they want. Pretty sweet. And he just arrived so I'm gonna go blog that!
