Fic rec! Dp x Dc, 13K, Platonic Dead Tired

Summary: Everything is perfect for Danny. He has a girlfriend, two besties, he's graduating soon, and everyone knows he's Phantom and don't care! His parents are proud of him, his sister makes bomb ass pizza, his grades are awesome! Everything is wonderful!

Then someone new shows up. Someone who isn't supposed to be there at all. Nocturn promised no one could interfere and try to wake him up, he PROMISED-

Comments: This is a ‘perfectly dreaming’ fic, where Danny’s asked Nocturne to put him to sleep and not be disturbed. Except Tim Drake, resisting sleep, never entered dreamland when Nocturn build the shield around Danny. It makes Tim the sole person who can enter Danny’s dream, who is real, and not a dream crush thank you very much Dick. We flip through Tim and Danny’s POV, Danny resisting reality, Tim building connections in Amity while trying to convince Danny to let go of the dream.  

I actually really love Tim’s brief interactions with Tucker and Sam, and the idea that Pharaoh and Oracle aren’t friends, but they nod at each other from time to time in the ‘Net.

Fic rec! DC Comics, 7.5K 

Summary: Therapy isn't working out for Tim, so Dinah suggests he try music therapy instead. This turns out to be such a good idea, he’s now moonlighting as a rock singer in a band that's rising in popularity. Maintaining a new "secret" identity is easy enough, and he's having a lot of fun!

Unfortunately for Tim, it seems he's a bit TOO good at the secret identity thing, because his family doesn't seem to realize that it's him.

Comments: This is an amazing friendship fic, with Young Justice forming a band that was supposed to be for therapy but then gets wildly good, and now the Batas have opinions about songs and shipping Tim’s not sure how to react to. This whole concept is gold, but the best part is that the author actually went and wrote/recorded an album you can listen to on Spotify, and gave us mini fics with the Bats realizing the context behind some of the songs.

Fic rec! 11K MLB fic

Summary: Marinette Dupain-Cheng is very tired. She feels like everything is bearing down on her at once and she isn't allowed to have emoitons because she can't afford to get akumatized, not as Ladybug.

Then she gets pushed a bit too far and leaves before anything terrible can happen, and finds herself talking to her mortal enemy/nemesis.

Comments: This is a lovely fic about Hawkmoth and Marinette being oddly gently to each other through akuma butterflies, with Marinette actually talking to Hawkmoth when an akuma comes flying and Hawkmoth sympathizing with the girl willing to help her. It ends with Marinette, as an akuma, helping Hawkmoth get what he wants without giving up the miraculous which I found clever.
