If you could make your own SNL Christmas compilation what would you put in it?

That’s a difficult one to answer.  I do think that they have some good stuff, but there are things that they removed and I don’t understand why.  They removed the lost ending to “It’s A Wonderful Life” sketch for instance.  I’m not sure, but I think they also don’t air Chevy Chase as Gerald Ford falling off the Christmas tree.  

Some things I’ve posted I’d love to see such as the Matt Foley Christmas sketch, the sketch where Alec Baldwin and Janeane Garofalo believe that Santa Claus is real, and Bill Murray as drunk Santa Claus that keeps making Gilda Radner fall from his lap.  Oh, and the Weekend Update segment where Tom Hanks and Dana Carvey were “Dennis Miller clones” and they joined the real Dennis Miller to sing Jingle Bells.

I WISH I HAD TATTOOS 

I don't have any yet.  I really, really want one.  I'd probably get it on my back/shoulder blade region.  I also like the way they look on the back on the neck, but my neck is all bony and fucked up now so I feel like it wouldn't look great.

As far as what I'd get, I'm also not totally sure.  The wonderful and talented ldopa designed this for me that I'm still in love with:

I just know I want a tattoo.  Is it weird that I don't really know what I want?

that show was the best… they ended it so well too! How’d you feel about the finale?

I loved it. It wrapped up their story nicely. Not the fairy tale ending I expected but it brought the show full circle. The very first episode of the show ended with Sarah comforting Chuck on that same beach, it's fitting for it to end with Chuck doing the same for Sarah.

I also really appreciate all the season 1 references. It's stuff hardcore fans would pick up on.

I need you to tell me why this Sherlock show is awesome. You seem to like it a little (<--- understatement) and I want to know what makes it so spectacular... Also... is it one of those shows where you have to start from the beginning? or can you just pick it up?

Hi there!  I hope I don't bother you too terribly with it...

I'm not entirely sure why I enjoy it so much.  It's a well-written, smart show about one of my very favorite literary pairings.  They episodes are packed with character development and twists, but also nods to the original works by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle which makes my literary nerd parts flail. 

I enjoy the dynamic between all the actors as well - they're all fabulous and talented and after years of not being able to find much of that here in the US [the Office has really gone down hill recently which makes me rather sad] it was refreshing to stumble upon such a show.

PLUS THE MUSIC IS PHENOMENAL.  

As to your question about where to start - only three episodes have been released.  The new season, as I'm sure you've gleaned from my annoying posts, starts back up again today.  The original three are available on Netflix [if you have it] or they are floating around the internet.  They're each 90 minutes of awesome.

Alternatively, I don't know if we've spoken much so I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and a very Happy New Year to you!
