So last night on the bus, without even noticing my left(damaged) wrist was bent down more than it has been able to bend in months. This is because of the new torture device I wear in the morning and in the night. Eventually I might get 85% of my mobility back. Having a really hard time bending it up/back but hard work and patience will pay off. #itsortabends #noworkright #brokenwrist #metalplates #recovery
