First Blog..

I've never been big on blogging or even reading them but today i said "what the hell" i might as well try.

I have been dancing all my life; in fact its my major in college. Up until about a month or so ago I was so down when it came to my career and wondered if it was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I was so uninspired , had lost my passion for a little while and my confidence was low when it came to dancing. My boyfriend is a football player and I told myself that I was just going to follow him wherever his football career takes him after i finish school, maybe go back to get another degree in forensic anthropology and nursing, and not worry about my dream. Why I said this, I have no clue.

I recently became a super fan of glee. I had seen previous episodes but never really paid attention. I saw Amber Riley speaking at the Grammys I believe, saying that she was going to be singing "I will always love you" by Whitney Houston on the valentines day episode of glee. I thought to myself "omg i have to see this." When I saw it I immediately fell in love with Amber Riley. Not in a homo way but her voice blew me away. Her singing that Whitney song blew me away!! After that i decided that I was gonna go on Netflix and watch every single episode of Glee. Well seasons one and two. WOWWWWW!! is all I have to say.  I started watching interviews  with the glee clast on youtube. Mainly interviews with Chris Colfer and Amber Riley.

Watching glee and cast interviews made me what to follow my dream. I love my boyfriend and all but I decided I did not need or want to put my dream on hold. I am too talented for that (not being conceited what so ever). Amber Riley is so amazing to me. She is beautiful, confident and extremely talented. In all of the interviews she had she said follow your dreams and that is what I want to do and no one or anything will hold me back.It is time to do something to make me happpy instead of trying to please everyone.

I would love to meet Amber Riley one day and just tell her how much of an inspiration she has been to me. Where I am now in my life and where I am going is because of her and she has no idea of the impact she's had on my life and i am sure so many others. (Side note:Her laugh makes my day!! haha)

I built up my confidence,work extremely hard everyday and decided dance is what I really want to do. i have been going to auditions every chance I can. I already got hired to dance with iLuminate. They were on Americas got talent, done some vegas shows, and performed background on many award shows. I start with them in may. Its only a start to everything I want to do. I WILL be famous one day.

This is my first blog. I hope that I did ok. Lol..wait is this what a blog supposed to be?? haha
