The 2 pictures on the top row were from last summer. I finally had a wake up call and realized that I couldn’t live the rest of my life like that! I’m 5'2", and at 200 lbs, I was the heaviest I have ever been. Over the past year, I have lost over 40 lbs (and I still have more to go to reach my goal weight). I credit eating better and running with 80% of my success thus far. But at some unavoidable point, you will wear down, you will find motivation is dwindling, and you will plateau. When I hit this point, I turned to a friend of mine who had previously reached out to me about a health & wellness company. I started taking a few of their products and I was instantly hooked. They helped me get over that oh too familiar hump. Once again I found energy and motivation to keep going. I’m so passionate about these products, I’ve started my own journey with this company.
