The way Billie says "UGHHHHH these people are sick!" I thought she was professionally disgusted that anyone would think hiding a safe behind a distraught owl painting would be a sufficient thief-preventing measure.

On my second playthrough it occurred to me that she might have been referring to the contents of the safe (the flask of human blood obtained through a murderous occult ritual).
