You know? I think if they ever remake Umbrella Chronicles, they should play more on the Ivans' Uncanny Valley factor. It would be counterproductive to give them the wrinkles that characterize the faces of the T-103s seen in Raccoon City in 1998's Resident Evil 2 remake. The Ivans are Tyrants specifically designed to blend in with humans, with a greater understanding of human language and better physical and tactical capabilities than previous models.

All to protect Sergei Vladimir.

In fact, it's the fact that they look human and aren't that makes them terrifying. Remove the visors. Remove the limiter coats. Put on normal clothes and specialized glasses to cover their white eyes, and you have Sergei Vladimir accompanied by two gray men (perhaps some skin condition, a normal person would think).

And they should be made a little lower than a T-103. If their purpose is to avoid attracting attention, they should be about 2.06 meters, rather than the 2.10 meters of a standard Tyrant.

Their facial muscles should be more flexible, to permit a wider range of emotional display. It is not necessary that they actually feel the emotions. It is necessary that they show the bare minimum to not raise suspicion.

(I want to see more of this concept. That is, why introduce the concept of Tyrants who can blend in with us and use them only as adversaries, Capcom, in two quick fights? At the very least, let's show us how Ivans operate in situations where violence isn't immediate and a more passive approach is required.)
