Not feeling too hot right now. Went out with a friend yesterday and stuck to my diet pretty darn well but got home and Taco Bell was in my vicinity 😢. I thought it'd be cool if I ate only one burrito and a Taco Salad. I also thought it'd be okay if I ate one avocado roll at the restaurant earlier that day. I mean for crying out loud during the super bowl I had a few chips and a vegan burrito and I checked my pee with my ketostix the next day and I was still in ketosis and I lost weight. I checked myself with my ketostix just a few minutes ago and I guess last night knocked me out of ketosis 😭. And before today I've been weighing myself all week and I'm not seeing a lot of weight come off which is totally discouraging but the crazy thing is that my pants are even more loose than they were the week before and I know my period is coming so I need to relax. BUT it's a learning process and maybe a year ago this little bump in the road would have knocked me off the wagon completely but I'm 23.5 5lbs down and I refuse to regain that weight and slip back into old destructive habits. I'm stronger than that and I will persevere. All journeys come with highs and lows, you can't learn a lot from riding on cloud 9 all the time.
