I have more IWTB Easter eggs!
1. Chris Carter himself can be spotted briefly the side of the screen, when Scully is at the hospital seemingly on the warpath. (I think she’s either about to go to her office or call one of the agents they’ve been talking to. It’s been awhile.) But as it is… Carter can be seen in a blink-and-you-miss-it moment sitting on a bench with his head bowed and holding some kind of urn.
2. A grown-up Vanessa Morley playing an FBI agent passes by Mulder when he and Scully make it into the FBI building after coming in from the helipad. She makes very specific eye contact our heroes. But Mulder in particular.
3. When Mulder goes to that supply store to ask about the veterinary drug, the name of the place is called Nutter’s Feed & Supply, or something like that. But that must be a nod to one of the showmakers, David Nutter 👀
4. I think it’s around the scene mentioned above, but Mulder makes a call on his phone and when he’s flipping through the contacts, more than one of those names is familiar, including one that says ‘Gillian’ 👀
