1. My cats. Cats in general are awesome. I’m probably gonna get another one soon **

2. Rome. Amor Roma. I’m going to visit again next week for the 10th time and I’m still as excited as the first. It feels like a second home now. 

3. My job. I recently started teaching, and I love being with the kids, even though sometimes they have a talent for mischief. I say kids, but they’re in middle/high school. But they still look smol to me.

4. Pizza. That’s it. There’s nothing better than pizza.

5. Black Sails. I don’t have to explain this one to you guys <3

Omg I am blown away your passport said 'Jew.' Like wtf? Maybe I'm just naive about those things but really, wtf? Also I'm DYING to go visit Nassau one day. I'd totally go with this fandom. :)

Nice. I think a discussion about free love in the show in general could be really interesting, because it would tie that idea in with the whole central theme of the Hamiltons’ philosophies regarding shame and love and not being bound by either convention or the law.

honestly i’m not really expected any more development on the Alive!Thomas front from 4 05. If Flint and Silver are going to be separated, right? I think they may drag it out a bit if any more developments do actually come.

Yeah I figured ^^; I was just being silly because I wanted the birthday present. But I’m not really hoping for anything until 409ish to be honest. Maybe 408?

For the writing prompt: James/Thomas, 1. :)

Thanks for the prompt! And ok so I’m a little rusty at fic writing and this is my first time writing James/Thomas so hopefully this turned out okay lol

1. “Are you drunk?”

It was late when James heard a knock at his door. He’d been about to get into bed, having already discarded his Navy uniform in favor of a nightshirt. Who would be calling on him at this time of night?

“Who is it?” he asked.

“Guess,” came the reply. James took a candle with him to the door and opened it. A familiar set of blue eyes glittered in the candle light.

“Thomas?”

“James,” Thomas said, a happy, heavy-lidded smile on his face.

“What are you doing here?” James opened the door to let him in. As soon as he was inside and the door was shut, Thomas crowded into James’ personal space, his hands coming to either side of his face. James could taste wine on Thomas’ tongue as they kissed. “Are you drunk?” asked James, as he pulled back to get a look at Thomas, hands coming to Thomas’ forearms.

“Maybe,” Thomas giggled, before leaning in for another kiss.

“Not that I’m not pleased to see you, but might I ask why you’ve come so late?”

“Isn’t it obvious?” he asked, the words coming out slightly slurred. “I missed you,” he kissed James again, this time short and sweet. “Miranda’s in the country visiting her cousin, and I’m all alone in that house, I wanted to see you,” he said. He wrapped his arms around James’ neck and looked at him fondly. Then his expression turned slightly glum. “If it’s too late though, I can go.”

“Don’t be ridiculous,” said James, moving his hands down Thomas’ forearms and to his waist. “Of course you can stay,” he said, pulling him closer. Thomas’ expression lit up again, and the corner of James’ lip turned up in a smirk. They stood like that for a moment before James nudged his head toward the bed. “Come on, to bed with you.”

“Is that an order, lieutenant?” Thomas winked.

“You really are pissed. Come on.”

After a minute of watching Thomas try to wrestle himself out of his clothing, James stepped in to lend a helping hand. Soon after they’d fallen into bed together, Thomas was pressed tight against James’ side, nuzzling his face into his neck. The last thought James had as he drifted off the sleep was that he was the luckiest man in the world.
