I have once again become infatuated with a kids’ show my son watches. Anyone ever seen Alien TV? Light-hearted show about some extremely silly CGI alien newscasters doing very erroneous reports about the Earth? I love those little dudes.
Well, I couldn’t find any Alien TV fics on Ao3 and I simply had to rectify that so I spent my day off writing a weird one-shot. Summary:
“Finding themselves unable to sleep for varying reasons, the crew converges on the dining room table in the middle of the night. As they each share their reasons for getting into the interstellar newscasting business, they learn the REAL news story is the friends we make along the way.”
(I’m also considering an Alien TV + Story Bots cross over for the future but I’m not making any promises)
