John Bielenberg: Rubber Ducks and Hockey Gloves
My favorite talk on Interaction13, it shows me how an ideal design agency/org looks like...
Very insightful talk particularly if you work on UX for subscription-based products
Paul Adams: How to Design Social Experiences
oh Paul...sure design social experiences without understanding how the social world actually works!
James Senior: Designing a Compassionate Healthcare Experience
Großartiger Vortrag.

Nicki: This is a 45min keynote but it was one of my top two favorite talks at Interaction '13. It's really helpful information to keep in mind when designing any interface that has a social component - which is almost everything it seems.
Lucy: This is fascinating. Thinking in terms of e-commerce, the ability to filter by 'trends, popularity, etc.' will prove to be a very powerful tool. I'm wondering how a website like Amazon will be bale to integrate social without seeming slimy.
I also really gravitate towards his point at the end that all the UX research we've been doing is not going to be applicable with mobile. Soon it will become less about the device and more about the human-to-human communication it allows. I need to do some catch-up reading on sociology:)
See the slides... or better yet... wait for the video... but if you have to have the slides, then here they are... but you won't know what I talked about just by reading the slides... if you know what I mean.
