that’s a really hard question. is it Monty Python for its everything? Is it Pushing Daisies bc it’s happy and perfect and everything? Sounds just like stage three teeth clenchingeritus. But I’m still a med student, so I probably still have things mixed up. All jokes aside, it’s probably a nervous tick. I usually start pinching my arm really hard when I am under a lot of stress.

I can't say that this week was exceptionally stressful though. And I don't want to have fucked up teeth (even more than they are now). :( I'll consult a dentist probably.

i did that too when i was really anxious a lot for a while. then i just kind of stopped at some point?

Yeah, I'm hoping that will happen to me too. I'm just hyper aware of it right now for some reason and it's really annoying having to constantly remind myself not to do it.
