0men can transmute anything into anything else just by touching it; however he never bothered to master his ability so it's kind of a King Midas situation.
With hard work and study it would be possible for him to harness his latent magic and have some control over when it activates and what items are produced. But 0men isn't really a "hard work" type of guy. RIP to that tater tot casserole
