*looks at the manga* One of the things I noticed in episode 323 is that izuku's eyes were drawn backwards in previous episodes (while fighting lady nagant or later) (to show exhaustion I guess) and his eyes return to the original when Uraraka speaks.

As Horikoshi once said in an interview, Uraraka will become a light of hope for us, readers. However, I think she will be that ray of light for Izuku. She believes in him, gives him hope - she saved him on his first day in UA, she gave his offensive nickname a positive meaning, she helped him regain control over himself and his quirk. Uraraka is his Ray of Hope 🥺
