Consider the following:
I was absolutely certain I mucked up a romance scene this weekend at the LARP game. My mind blanked and I reacted with whatever came to my head first, then ran off and went and boohoo'd to my much more experienced as a player in game student.
It was at breakfast the morning of leaving the grounds that my in game romance partner LOVED that scene. What I thought was a failure was one of her favorite interactions over the weekend.
So remember that: the next time you think you fucked it up, someone else is admiring the job you did.
