it was going to be a simple music video shooting.

even if was going to take two days. in fact, she wasn’t sure why it’d take two days but it wasn’t something she jiyoo planned on worrying too much about. in fact, they were already on day two, already getting started. she had been one of the first to get pushed into hair and makeup and now she waited on her members for the group shots.

while she waited, jiyoo amused herself by playing with the staff, and her fellow idols as they joined the set. once everyone was good to go, the air around them turned a bit more serious. jiyoo did her best to focus, keeping eye-contact with the camera.

by now, she could say that she was a pro when it came to filming a music video. sure, each filming was it’s own thing she had a ton of memories but in the end, it was more of the same but she still enjoyed it.

a small break had been given.

but it as only a break depending on who you were. more hair and makeup, slight outfit changes and once they finished the beauty shots, the entire filming will be over. jiyoo let herself get swept up in everything, once again, she had been one of the first to get changed and they didn't really change much. her hair was styled a bit differently and the makeup became a little lighter.

even her outfit didn't change much, a piece was taken away and something was added but once it was over, jiyoo found herself waiting again. until she had finally been called forward to her last few beauty shots. the parts of her singing had been recorded and now they needed the shots for the quick cuts. all she had to was focus and ignore all of the chatter and movement that was going on behind the camera.

even when something funny happened.

it like everything closed up in a rush. once her shots were over, jiyoo had the chance to look at some and review but they were quickly moving on. her makeup had been taken off and she was already half-way through changing when the others came in. it was really a rush after that, they said went around to say their goodbye's and taken you. the staff had already started to clean up and jiyoo made sure not to get in the way.

finally, she found herself inside her car and it was time to have a date with her bed.

she knew nothing about the game.

not a single thing and she wasn’t sure if she had even heard of it passing. that didn’t mean much though when it came to agreeing to do the collaborate. she had just as much fun last year when she did it. yeah, they wouldn’t perform on a music show but getting to do a concert was even better. it felt like a step up and she was already thinking of what her solo stage would be.

the recording had gone well. she was first to go at least, so jiyoo did her best to make sure she didn’t take too long. the demo was enough to give her something to work off of and recording with taeyong, that wasn’t something new. she wasn’t sure how long it took but it didn’t feel like too long. even as she waited for everyone to get finished, time passed easily enough either on her phone or chatting someone up. it was a little lonely for a bit but everyone seemed to be going through the recordings smoothly. it was perfect because she was never one to fair well being alone if there were people around for her to chat with.

her main focus though, it would now be playing the game.

which wasn’t hard but it did feel like she had to put on an act if camera’s would be watching them. well, she did the best thing she could do. focusing on the game a little more intently than she would’ve any other time. she did think that their commercial would help had a little spice to the game. there wasn't anything different about it from other mobile games like it. the little battle sections were cool but it didn't really bring anything new to the table.

it was a good thing they wanted a real product review, all she had to do was pay attention and play, maybe smile at the camera's every once in a while. at that helped her get invested at least, suddenly serious about clearing some of the levels. she was invested enough that when they were allowed to stop playing and when the camera had stopped recording, jiyoo found herself ready to keep playing. it was addicting at least and having pretty girls be the fact, it'd draw in some people.

now, she was free to go and ready for whatever came next.

it felt sort of amazing.

yeah, amazing was the word. the fact that they were reaching their 10th year. and with the news that just came out, it amazed her even more. yeah, they lost a member after their debut but that was it. they had a chance to make a foot-hold and live out their dreams. it made her thankful for moment like these, being able to meet their fans for a 10th year. it sounded loud but that only made her smile even more. it was work as normal as they walked out greeted their fans.

but jynx lived for different moments.

when they had to chance to see them up close. it was common knowledge that jynx blurred the lines when it came to fans. as soon as they walked in, she managed to see a few fan-sites she had hung out with every once in a while. it hadn't happened in a while but jynx did consider them friends, she was active on social media and she knew a lot about her fans. enough that she was able to talk to a few in depth once they reached the end of the line. ( that was the also the best part of being at the end of the table, she had the chance to talk to fans a little more. ) and even when it came to silly request, jynx was happy to do them.

her second favorite part?

when they were allowed to simply have fun. at some point, jynx found herself bouncing around from one end of the stage to the other. she was sure the fans thought that someone let her have access to the candy right before she walked on stage. then came the random play dance, the one thing she could ace as the main dancer. ( and she did. ) it was always like this when it came to her but today, today it was a real celebration.

( at some point, one of her members forcibly set her down, which allowed even more laughter from the fans watching. )

once it came to an end, it was obvious to see the sadness on her face. sure, jynx never sought out being an idol as she grew up but it wasn't something she wanted to change. there was a chance at a great adventure and she jumped to take it. it made every moment like this even more worth-wild.

secret sibling / solo

by the time it was time for her to get of the car, jiyoo almost found herself bouncing.

yep. a part of her wondered if she'd be able to be a proper older sibling. something inside of made her feel like she'd end up being the kid. there was just something so silly about her. ( which would work if her younger sibling was a bit more uptight. )

"thank you." the words tumbled out of her mouth as one of the staff pushed her things toward her and she headed for the door. they told her she'd be arriving first and she'd have a little bit of time to explore the place.

and make it a little more homey.

"wow...nice.." it was said loudly and she wondered if they'd add anything too it. like animations or cute little graphics. as soon as she placed her bags, jiyoo was off exploring. walking a bit the living room for a bit, honestly, it felt like there wasn't anything she needed too add. ( only setting a small pillow she loved to hold onto while she watched drama's on the couch. )

then jiyoo moved into the kitchen. "pretty well..shocked." then she added more food, things that were tasty ( to her at least. ), and some other goodies on the counter for when her younger sibling arrived. "now, the kitchen is clear!" seeing as she added her own little touch.

then shee moved even more quickly, heading towards the bathroom so she could fix that up as well. jiyoo didn't bring a lot of things, only what could be considered enough. then she wondered what type of scents her sibling might use.

finally, jiyoo landed in the bedroom. "it looks like we'll share a bed. not that i mind." it was said to herself but she knew the camera's would pick it up. "might as well set up." this time it was a little more mumbled to herself, starting to open up her bags and take out her clothes, her laptop, and a little night light. honestly, she wasn't sure what she wanted to bring, grabbing random items mostly. once that was finished, jiyoo ventured back out to the where she saw a little list, going over it.

and there was still time to kill. that's when she had the bright idea to brush up on a few wish's songs, focusing on the b-sides so she could show them off. ( and going to hide in the bedroom as she did that so she could surprise her sibling. )

secret sibling audition

"hello! you can call me the unnie on top."

then she paused, going to deleted the recording. nah, she had to think of a better intro and she'd give herself time to do it. instead, she was going to focus on the camera. once she did her audition video, then maybe she would have better luck with her audio recording. with that thought in mind, jiyoo went to the bathroom to do a double check in the mirror.

she had opted for doing her audition video at home. maybe, it'd help it feel more home-like. ( the show was another great way for her to get some time on a variety show. ) if only her bubbly personality would be accepted by the producers of the show.

"alright, here we go." she muttered a bit to herself and sat down in front her camera and started to record. first, there was the bow of her head, followed by a winning smile. "hello, i'm aria's jynx and this is my audition for secret siblings." she wanted to try a bit of an informal thing, even though the questions were on a piece of paper off the side.

"lately, i've been concerned about my future. i'm really happy to be in aria, there's nothing i love more." it wasn't a lie, aria gave her something to focus on. "but as we get older and advance more..we have to figure out how we will take care of ourselves in the future. i'm trying to focus on that more and expand myself." something she had already got a start on, this was why she wanted the show.

onto the next, "i looked up to bee sunbae's, it'd be fun to get closer to them." seeing as jinah was her sister and they needed help on that front, what better way to do it than a show? "and i really admire wish's north and lucid's alice...i think it'd be fun to be with them on the show." the next question was a bit of a funny one, one she could only answer in her own weird way.

"making time to see friends and family can be very hard as an idol..that being said, it was only hard for me to for a few years but i got the hang of it. i don't have a real 'plan' i'm just a person with a lot of energy so if a friend wants to hang out, i can be there for a bit." she was just a person that liked having something to do.

"...i'm not a good cook at all. i tend to eat out a lot of i'm not dieting. i'd ask my friend what types of things they'd like to eat and do my best make it good for him." as soon as it was over, she cut off the camera and picked up her phone to record a voice note.

"to whoever gets the voice note...i'm happy to meet you. if you want to meet someone that's very active then i'm your girl. and i just really love life and food! even though i'm not great cooking it." a well placed giggle. "it's nice to meet you, this is aria's jynx!"

and now that everything was finished, she could send it off to her manager.

| crime scene; cast party. 

"you're gonna come out with us right?" jiyoo didn't expect the question, she thought that once the show was over, it was just going to be over and that would be the end of it. ( and she did come to enjoy hanging out with her cast members. )

"huh?"

"today is the last day of filming, so we're gonna go out for drinks..the main cast, some of the staff crew and a one or two of the other guest. it was suppose to be bigger but thing's worked out this way, and we should celebrate. this is your first show right?" how could she say no to that? a quick text to people she needed to text and jiyoo was ready to head out.

and two hours later, jiyoo knew she was tipsy. she could remember being a little uptight at first, in fact, one could say she was forcing herself to be. ( respectful and all. ) until they told her to loosen up and relax, they weren't filming. and with that, jiyoo really opened up. leaning back into her normal, goofy self. and after eating and hanging out at a normal bar, they went to a noreabang room.

it's where jiyoo found herself performing one of aria's hits.

much to the delight of the other drunk people around her and when he turn was over, jiyoo fell into the seats. one of the unnie's wrapped an arm around her and jiyoo found herself falling into it, cuddling up. and then there was a quick pause in the music, so she jumped up, grabbing a mic. "sit, sit." and once everyone was seated, she walked onto the stage. "hello! i'm aria's jynx! nice to meet you!" followed by a deep bow which earned a few chuckles.

"no..no..i want to say this before i start to cry, i can get emotional when i get drunk. or crazy but i'm already feeling a little emotional. so! i want to say thank you inviting me out and taking care of me. you know, aria debuted a long time ago and crime scene was the first time i've been on a variety show..as a main cast member no less. so i've made a lot of mistakes and you've taken good care of me."

cue the tears.

"ah, that's all. let's finishing partying okay?" it was followed by cheers and since she had the mic, she took another turn. the night continued on that way, until it was about 1am, as they were leaving, she felt herself being supported by one of the older girls. "cab?" the older woman nodded.

"you can sleep over, if you don't have anyone to get you home." there was a nod. ( she thought, sleep was starting to hit her. ) a cab pulled up and she was being pushed inside.

"thank you." and then lights out.

drip - outfit fitting. 

yeah, this definitely wasn’t aria.

and that wasn’t a bad thing but if she had any doubts before, jiyoo couldn’t have any more. just based on the outfits that been given ( or would be given. ) just walking into the shop had given her feeling and when they were brought to another area of the store, her thoughts had been confirmed even more.

and she enjoyed the chance to step outside the box.

it wasn’t often that she got a chance like this, why not take it? it wasn’t her turn just yet so jiyoo walked around the shop. it seemed like it had been closed for the few hours they’d be here at least. another she understood and it gave her the chance to look around without making sure she wasn’t too noticeable.

finally her name was called and jiyoo made her way over with a bow. she was taken to a dressing room and right outside of it was a rack of clothes with her name on it. the stylist told her they were going to work on stage outfits first. and for that, jiyoo didn’t say much. simply getting changed and stepping back out so it could be modeled.

just looking at the clothes, she had a few ideas but she didn’t want to say anything when it came to the stage outfits, she thought she’d have better luck when it came to their music video outfits.

so when it came time, she looked through the wrack of clothes and what the stylist had in her hands. which was fine but jiyoo chanced it and grabbed a pair of white boots from the bottom, instead of the heels that were already picked out. it wouldn’t hurt to ask right?

and it didn't hurt to ask. the stylist talked it over and then gave her the okay. it was a small change but she was happy to help. especially when she had a chance to do it a second time. the last outfit she tried on for the day didn't fit her properly. at first they planned to get it in a smaller size but she offered another idea from the wrack.

the process took hours but she finally changed back into her regular clothes. it was pretty amazing that she could feel that tired after all of this. jiyoo chucked it up too the fact that it was something she threw herself into. it was new and exciting.

once everyone finished jiyoo went around and bowed with the other girls before she left for the day.

seoul spring solo 

thing’s were going well for her.

really well if she thought about. today, she would walk her first runway show. ( even if it was just at a festival, the chance was great. ) she had gig’s lined up, which was something she found herself really being happy about. the deal with hera was about to end and she wanted to be able to back up a contract renewal. or at least being able to her name out there to other brands. if she could build her variety career then she could build her fashion one. even switching it around, things were lining up just the way she wanted.

and now she had to bring herself back to the present.

it was almost pure chaos around her and jiyoo was being shoved into a dress. the first of a few outfits. changing had to be fast and soon enough it was her turn. the student in charge of the design gave her one more once over before sending her out.

and jiyoo was prepared.

if nothing else, she would have fun with his. in a matter of seconds jiyoo found herself walking. even if she was staring straight ahead, everything was being taken in. the flashes of the camera and the crowd watching them. it had to be taken in. in a few moments she was back behind the stage and changing into a new outfit. for the most part all she had to do was let herself be pulled around. or having her face prodded while the makeup artist worked on it. it was hard and it hurt a little ( just a little. ) but it was worth it, she was able to try something new and exciting. ( it was also something she would learn to quickly get used too. )

it happened a few times, until it was time for the final walk with all of the models. and jiyoo could confirm she was beyond tired when it was over. ( not that anyone asked, so much was still being done that she did her bows and went away. )  the runway was fun but she felt for the models who did it daily. it took a toll and it took until now for her to realize. if hadn’t been for the fact that she was an already energetic person, this would’ve been the end of her.
