Oh boy I’m not very good at AUs, wouldn’t they all be modernthough? Anyway… (general) modern AU – headcanon for that: I think Julian would stillbe an actual licensed doctor. Might be because of the drawings found in theprologue or might be because I watch too much Grey’s Anatomy But I think neurologyor neurosurgery would be fitting. I have no clue what anyone else would do. ExceptMuriel is still living in a forest somewhere with chickens and I fully supporthim in that.
