Day 7 – Eliminations [1/3]
Jack came out with a grin on his face and somehow looked even happier when I handed him the rose. I saw a whole other side of him with that guitar in his hands and I can’t wait to see more.
Warren seemed a lot more relaxed this time around, so I’m glad I wasn’t saying goodbye. I’m hoping he can relax a little more around the house, too, so we can get to know each other even better.

Day Four – Elimination – Round One [1/3]
The first rose was the easiest decision of them all. Jack and I clicked on the first day and he had been making a constant effort since to get to know me better. I felt like I knew him better than anyone else there and I had to see where it would lead.
Second was Martin, because I knew him nearly as well as I knew Jack. Martin had the same endearing personality, was charming, and so friendly. I was definitely confident in my decision here and Martin looked relieved to have his answer so soon in the day.

Day Nine – Speed Date [4/5]
Every date so far with the added romantic aspects had gone so well, until it came to the date with Jack. I mean, he seemed like he was into the change of direction but so many times throughout our date he walked off to the bar without a word. It really left me wondering.

Day Three – Speed Dates [1/7]
I started off the morning of speed dates with coffee with Jack. He’d told me he’d spent his whole life working on his family’s farm, so I wasn’t surprised to see he was the first one up. I was pretty happy with that fact too, as I knew his personality would make the awkwardness of a ‘first date’ almost irrelevant.
Jack is such a smooth talker, and that southern accent does him huge favours. I’ve always like talking to new people but I don’t think it’s ever been as easy as it is with him. But before I knew it, time was up and I had to go meet Jason at the library.

Day One – Welcome Home – Introduction [1/7]
I think I worked up more of a sweat waiting for that first contestant to walk up to the door than I have on even the hottest days in Selvadorada but watching him walk over with a huge grin on his face set my mind at ease.
He was happy to be here, at least, greeting me with a “Hello, darlin’” before introducing himself as Jack Barrow and pulling me into a tight hug. I’m really glad he came in first. So genuinely friendly I was almost disappointed when it was time to move onto the next person.
