TIM!!! tim, tim, tim, tim, tim! don't get me wrong, he loves them both immensely. but i imagine that he's the one in the friend group jack likes most. and why wouldn't he be? he spoils him the most! next to patrice, of course.
i imagine he takes jack on all kinds of fun, little field trips to the park, and to the children's museum. he's even taken him to the aquarium, despite his fear of ocean creatures, to educate him on why "we do not swim in sea salted waters, only in pool water. we only swim in pool water." and tim even vlogs their whole day together on his phone to send to angela later.
he even gets jack an electric police car, and a custom mini uniform for his first birthday.... and drives him around in it lol!! 😂

Also, Helena and Kanoa appear in this episode (proven by BTS photos), but there’s no photos of either of them or of Chenford. They also weren’t on the press release. That makes me think something is going down.
