Conclusion: Charlotte Rossi, a former client of Alaina Robson, had framed the seer for the creation of the hellhounds. Rossi had spent her life’s savings after Robson warned her she was going to die soon. Rossi would not die, but would put herself into massive debt. Rossi created the hellhounds with the plan being that Robson would get blamed for their creation and serve jail time. Rossi is currently sitting in a holding cell in MACUSA, awaiting trial. 

Point Rewards:

+75 points for solving as lead +15 for dispelling the hellhounds upon discovery

Officer Jack Monday (Assisting)

+70 points for solving as assisting -40 for drinking while on a case

** Auror has received his second out of three strikes. The disciplinary action for this is a demotion from Officer to Cadet. Any additional strikes will result in the auror’s removal from the department and surrendering of badge.

Strange Activity at The Sleeping Wyvern

Conclusion: After questioning the employees of The Sleeping Wyvern, including the talking doll, Lottie, aurors Betide and Monday narrowed down their suspect list to one of the store’s cursebreakers. After Lottie gave her description of the cursebreaker that charmed her to life, Betide and Monday were able to trick the cursebreaker in question into presenting himself before the doll for identification. After being successfully I.D’d, the cursebreaker, known as Heath Fox, confessed to the crime, claiming his motive was to frame his rival cursebreaker. All of the items were soon recovered, and after being thoroughly vetted, returned to the store. Lottie, the now living doll, has remained as such and has taken up residency at the front of the store, greeting visitors. The case is now considered closed.

Conclusion: After interviewing all involved persons of interest, aurors Monday and Blue determined that the company’s youngest dancer, Natalie Jayne, had been acting very suspiciously during her interview. The dancer, who claimed to have been injured by the phantom herself, would blame the company’s prima ballerina for the phantom’s appearances. Later that evening, aurors Blue and Monday confirmed their suspicions when they caught Natalie in the act of pretending to be the phantom. Natalie is currently sitting in holding, awaiting her arraignment. The case is now considered closed.
