Regarding bisexual Doctor Doom, Reed Richards is also bisexual! In Fantastic Four #563 is an AU where Sue Storm is Reed's "sister-in-law", Ben is mentioned next, and Reed is married to Jack Richards (née Storm). The villains call Jack's last effort to avenge his husband sweet.
Reed Richards literally married a man and gave him his surname. Victor von Doom really has to compete with the Storm siblings for his greatest love. I'm also sure that AU's Doom tried to stop Reed/Jack marriage just like he did for Reed/Sue.
