Background: Jack Royal is one of the more enigmatic persons of interest that Tempest has to deal with, mainly from the fact that he is nowhere to be found. He has a documented past with Brunshire, being one of the first teachers to work there following the construction being finished after the second world war. He left shortly after an incident involving the deaths of students, confirmed to not be from his class.
His next major appearance was as an unwilling participant of the third Isolation Experiment, which he represented Brunshire as his Group of Interest. When the survivors successfully escaped, he seemingly vanished, but were identified by all survivors.
His latest known involveent with the Foundation was when it was revealed he created the Golden Gambler Casino, as a way to easily get the poor and destitute the money they need to survive. However at some point he once again vanished, and right after the Casino's ownership changed to Agustin, who corrupted the Casino into a den of greed. Jack Royal's whereabouts are currently unknown, and everyone is encouraged to report any new information regarding him.
