Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9673-A cannot be contained as of now

Description: SCP-9673-A is a female entity around 6'0 in height always fully naked despite the freezing temperatures of where she is seen. 9673-A is pale with moon like birth marks across her face along with her eyes being covered by flowers, ribbons covering her frosted arms and feet.

In terms of behavior she's show an alarmingly high level of intelligence and cannibalistic behavior. People within a 5 mile radius of 9673-A reported to hear a faint lullaby within 6 minutes of exposure subjects feel like they're burning alive and start to take off their clothes despite the freezing temperatures of their surroundings. Subjects die of frostbite leaving 9673-A with they're body as her food.

Additional: 9673-A came to the foundation's attention after Bailey Withmore went missing after going down a trail in Canada. When Foundation unit Iota-12 designated 'Russian Winter' went out on the search due to the trail not far from site-92. The only thing that Iota-12 found was a blood stained camera with this being the last recording on it that staff at site-92 managed to restore of the broken device

SCP-8445, "The Red-Eyed Tongue Frog"

Containment Procedures: SCP 8445 is to be kept in a standard animal habitarium, designed to replicate the humidity and flora found in the tropical rainforests in northern Oaxaca, Mexico. Common flies are to be deposited into containment regularly at intervals of 12 hours to stimulate as well as feed SCP 8445. Due to its shy nature, checks on the water must be made daily to make sure it is just camouflaged, and not escaped.

Description: SCP-8445 is an amphibian of similar genetic origin to that of the Agalychnis callidryas, otherwise known as the Red-Eyed Tree Frog. SCP-8445 bears a striking resemblance with the only immediate difference being the lack of orange feet and hands, which instead are a pale pink. When feeling threatened SCP-8445 will shoot out their tongue to the closest object that will propel them the furthest distance from their threat. The tongue wraps rapidly around the object, covering it with a substance akin to a rapid set MMA adhesive.

SCP-8445 was discovered following a lead of local gossip in the town of [REDACTED]. Following this hearsay led to the discovery of the house of Dr. ████████, who was a renowned Herpetologist in several anomalous academic circles. After agents entered the premises, they discovered the corpse of the doctor with a bullet wound through his head. Instances of SCP-8445 were found eating at the flies around his decomposing body. After approaching, the instances fled through a hole in the window assumed to be the same one where the impact of the bullet went through.

After a month of exploring and searching, Research Team Delta-09 was able to recover fifteen (15) instances and safely contain them for transfer to site-09. Research Team Alpha-02 is continuing to look into the details of the assassination of the doctor, to make sure this event doesn’t repeat for any other anomalous scientific mind.

You hear the scream first.

Piercing and loud, it echoes through the forest. Instinctually, your head whips around to search for its source.

“What is it?” your friend asks.

The others stop as well, looking at you expectedly for answers.

“You’re telling me you didn’t just hear that?” you ask.

Your friend shakes their head. “Must just be an animal.”

The others turn to continue their hike, but you’re shaken. You definitely heard someone scream. The wind carried its echo through the trees. The weight of it is carried in your mind, but you continue to hike.

“Hey, check this out,” one of your friends says.

You follow their gaze which lands upon a barbed wire fence. “What’s this doing here?”

“I don’t know. Don’t remember it ever being put up.”

A decrepit sign nearby reads: TURN BACK NOW. There’s a break in the fence and one of your friends slips through.

“Where are you going? We should turn back,” you say.

“Relax, it’s probably just a prank.”

“This seems too elaborate for a prank,” you argue.

Your other friends don’t seem to mind, and continue onwards. You cave, following the crowd as you continue hiking. 

The further you walk, the colder it gets. First, you noticed your breath. You lick your dry lips, suddenly feeling the chilly bite on the bit of moistened skin. The area is littered with various warning signs and plastic, yellow caution tape.

“I have a bad feeling. We should turn back,” you protest. Remembering the screams from before, you feel more urgent in your plea. “Hey!” you yell to the group ahead of you.

They promptly ignore you. “Hey, check this out,” one says.

Your group approaches a large privacy fence. Signs cover the wooden wall, shielding you from the view of the other side. The mystery starts to pull you in, but the echoes of fear plaguing your brain is enough to pull you right back out.

One of your friends manages to climb a nearby tree. They’re now looking over the privacy fence to get a peek of the other side.

“I think I see something?” they say. “Or maybe, someone?”

Help me, it whispers. 

“You think you see someone?” another friend asks.

“Yeah, swimming in the lake behind the fence.”

“But these signs say ‘no swimming’?”

“Wait, they seem kinda familiar?”

Help.

“I can see more of them. Hey, come check this out.”

Come to us.

“Fuck that, I’m not climbing a tree. Get down, there’s no one in the water.” your friend says.

The person in the tree looks visibly distraught. “No, I definitely know them. I think I can see my dad?”

“Hey, we gotta help them! I think they’re drowning!” Your friend climbs down from the tree, hastily rushing over to the fence.

They begin a poor attempt to climb the wooden barrier.

The air grows colder. Your body shivers as your visible breath swirls in your vision.

The voices are louder. You don’t know where they’re coming from. Your friends aren’t speaking those words.

They’re trying to stop your tree climber friend from going over the fence. “Get down!” one of them yells.

Your mind is swiftly brought back to the chaos of the present. People in biohazard suits and strange helmets restrain your friends. Looking up, you’re met with one of these strangers as well. Rough hands hoist you onto your feet, dragging you away from the scene. You’re shoved into the back of a large van. Before the doors close, you get one last glimpse of your friend as they successfully finish scaling the large fence. 

You watch in slow motion as they slip over the top, falling to the other side.

You’ll never see them again, you realize, as the doors of the van shut, leaving you in complete darkness.

You’re unsure of when you passed out, but when you come to, you find yourself in a dimly lit room. Your head feels heavy and your mouth is dry. The cold metal of the chair you’re sitting in seeps through your pants. That’s when you notice that your arms are restrained to the sides of the chair.

You take a deep breath to clear your head and take in as many of your surroundings as you can. Aside from the metal chair, there’s an old television on the far end of the room directly across from you. 

The screen flickers to life and a video plays. The voice over is deep and ominous. It doesn’t seem like it was recorded by a person.

“Repeat the following phrase loudly and clearly: ‘I do not recognize the bodies in the water’.”

You sit silently, confused as to what is going on.

The voice on the video speaks again. “Repeat the following phrase loudly and clearly: ‘I do not recognize the bodies in the water’.”

Clearing the lump in your throat, you ask, “What’s going on?”

“The phrase you have entered was not recognized. Repeat the following phrase loudly and clearly: ‘I do not recognize the bodies in the water.”

After a moment of hesitance, you finally answer, “I do not recognize the bodies in the water.”

There’s a pause, then the video continues, glitching as the voice speaks. “Warning, the following file contains classified information. This cognitive influence screening will determine if you do or do not recognize the bodies in the water. To continue the screening, repeat the following phrase: ‘I do not recognize the bodies in the water’.”

Albeit confused, you repeat the phrase again.

After another pause, the video continues. “If at any point you recognize the bodies in the water, shut down your device immediately.”

The video cuts to a clip of a lake.

It seems normal, although the surface of the water is completely still. It’s unsettling, no standing body of water should be that still. After what feels like several minutes, your eyes detect movement on the screen. A mass appears in the water. 

More of these unidentifiable masses continue to appear, floating to the surface of the lake. They look like corpses.

You feel bile rising in your throat and you look away from the screen. Whatever it is that you’re watching looks like something out of a horror film.

The video cuts again. More text appears on the screen.

“Confirm now if you do not recognize the bodies in the water.”

You repeat the code and the video cuts out. 

Fluorescent lights flick on, blinding you as you squint. A sharp pain stabs through your head, and you blink away the sudden migraine.

A man in a suit walks into the room.

“You’ve passed the cognitive influence screening, however, we will need to quarantine you to monitor your symptoms. Foundation personnel thank you ahead of time for your cooperation,” he says.

Before you have a chance to ask what’s going on, the man leaves. When the door is shut, you hear a distinct click. A red light above the door turns on.

There’s only silence, then a barely audible hiss is heard.

A dense fog fills the room, causing your heart to race.

You yell for help.

You yell for it to stop.

Until you feel the tug of the darkness pulling you back under.

Your whole body feels heavy, even making it difficult to open your eyes. After some effort, you manage to open them, blinking away the heavy sleep. Your mind still feels hazy, and confusion fills you.

The small room that you’re now in is very different from the one before. You notice that the walls and floor are made of metal. There’s a small cubicle with a showerhead, sink, and toilet on the adjacent wall. You’re sitting on a cot with white linens, a thin white blanket rests at the foot of the bed.

You place your feet on the ground, and after a moment, you find the strength to stand.

At the other end of the room is a simple table and chair. On its surface, is a microphone and button. A folder labeled SCP-2316 SYMPTOM MONITOR GUIDE.

You flip through the folder’s contents:

The quarantined individual is responsible for monitoring their own symptoms. More information on symptoms can be found on page 8. The individual is responsible for submitting their results twice a day: once upon waking in the morning, and once before going to sleep. Failure to submit results can lead to another full cognitive influence screening.

To submit results, press the button and speak the following phrase slowly and clearly into the microphone: “I do not recognize the bodies in the water”.

You flip further through the guide, rapidly scanning its pages and trying to wrap your head around what has happened.

Remembering the instructions, you press the button for the microphone. You clear your throat, trying to steady your nerves as you speak.

“I do not recognize the bodies in the water.”

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-069 is to be contained in its cell, a 5m x 5m x 5m chamber made of organic material such as wood, constantly guarded by special mobile task forces designated to the area at all times. SCP-069 must be fed three times a day, following a healthy diet that does not contain tomatoes in any way, shape or form.

Description: SCP-069 is a seemingly non-anomalous female human in her mid teens, striking black hair and requiring a pair of glasses to see properly, going by the name of “Jay”. Do not be fooled by her appearance, however: SCP-069 has caused millions of dollars in property damage worldwide and must be contained under all circumstances.

SCP-069′s main anomalous trait comes in the form of instant material disintegration aimed at minerals of any kind, though SCP-069 has shown a particular disdain against Rose Quartzes. 

As soon as SCP-069 makes direct contact with any mineral or metallic structure such as gemstones or metal alloys, they are immediately atomized, seemingly disappearing from existence. For such reason, all personnel tasked with securing SCP-069′s cell must wear non metallic equipment and are forbidden from bringing electronics within the research site.

SCP-0472

Special Containment Procedure:

 SCP-0472 is to be kept in a specially designed 50 by 50m tantalum carbide cell with any furniture it requests. All furniture must be made of tantalum carbide and must be bolted to the floor. SCP-0472 is only allowed out of it’s room when monitored by at least 2 security personnel or Dr. Graves. SCP-0472 argues with SCP-0469 whenever the two are together. Other than loud yelling, no dangerous activity has been observed.

 SCP-0469 must be present for any and all experiments in which SCP-0472 is present. Failure to follow the procedure will result in little to no cooperation from SCP-0472 and the personnel responsible will be demoted for slowing research. 

 SCP-0472 is prohibited contact with anything highly flammable. If any personnel were to give SCP-0472 a highly flammable substance or fire, they would be demoted to Class-D immediately. Weekly room checks must be performed in search of any flammable substances.

 Clearance Level:

Clearance level 3 is needed to be in contact with SCP-0472

Abnormal Property:

SCP-0472 is able to bend reality using pockets of fire it calls “my rings of fire” that it used to “do lots of arson with” before containment.  

SCP-0472 can also set flame to almost any object and, when strong emotions occur, can turn into fire. The flames emit from the scars and surrounding area on the left side of its face. However, when particularly mad, flames can start to appear on the right side of its face and along the scars on its arms.

 Behaviour:

SCP-0472 is usually docile. In some instances, it breeches containment to quote “See Cenn”,  a name it has adopted for Dr. Graves. When SCP-0472 is unstable, SCP-0469 is brought in to help calm down 0472. If this procedure is ignored or 0469 is not available, standard containment procedures are to be used. 

 SCP-0472 enjoys arguing with 0469 as well as “seeing how much I can annoy the guards”. 0472 refers to itself as "Orange" as well as any variations of the name. Its scars have earned it the name “Zuko” among the other SCPs. It gets along with other SCPs fairly well, although any time it spends with another SCP must be monitored. 

 Look:

SCP-0472 is a humanoid, resembling a child in it’s teenage years. It has multiple scars along it’s face and arms that resemble burn scars. When found it wore a shirt labled ‘ARSON IS HERE’ and multiple bracelets. Upon further experiment and many, many requests, it has been allowed to keep the bracelets as they seem to be harmless. When showing intense emotion the area of and around the burn scars set ablaze and the scars appear irritated afterwards. It is unclear whether the scars are actual injuries or if they are a side effect of 0472's abilities.

Currently kept in Site [REDACTED]

Containment Area:

SCP-5146 is to be kept in a modified containment cell. Modifications include; one way glass, a reinforced door, an intercom system equipped with automatic voice changers and all furniture being bolted to the floor. 5146 must be kept under surveillance at all times. It is allowed any furniture it requests, no approval needed. [See: Incident #0458] If entering the SCP's cell, multiple personnel and/or security guards must be present. Easily angered/manipulated personnel should be last pick to enter 5146's cell. 

When around this SCP, one must stay aware and be sure that its words dont confuse or anger them. The SCP should have its ability-defusing "jewelry" on at all times. Failure to follow these procedures will result in an immediate demotion to D-Class. 

Clearance Level:

Clearance Level 3 is needed to interact with this SCP.

Abnormal Property:

SCP-5146 has the ability to speak inside the mind of and control human beings. We are unsure as of XX/XX/XXXX if it can use this ability on other SCPs and/or hybrids. Further experimentation is needed. 5146 has hinted towards the fact that it has another ability, however, we have found no evidence suggesting this.

Presumably as a result of its ability, 5146 has "a way with words" and is able to confuse or manipulate people with ease. It raises stress among personnel and as such it is recommended that personnel only interact with it when absolutely necessary. 

Behaviour:

5146 enjoys angering the 05 and personnel alike. It causes incidents and breaches for no reason. It particularly enjoys degrading staff and making them do its bidding. It doesn't comply unless it gets what it wants. Most of the time this includes luxuries such as privacy and less interaction with certain staff. It speaks with fellow SCPs often, however it seems to only enjoy the company of SCP-6742.

It spends most of its free time sauntering about and insulting/degrading and/or manipulating personnel and other SCP. It calls itself Richard and has refused to comply until all personnel call it its name instead of its number. When alone, it relaxes, taking time to calm down and perfect its manipulating techniques. 

Look:

5146 has two forms. Its main form is a humanoid that resembles a middle-aged white man. It stays in this form unless it is in danger. When in danger it shapeshifts into its second form. This form turns it into a 8"9 creature with hands that resemble claws. When in this form it cannot speak, instead, it screams at an ear-shattering volume. These are the only features of this form that multiple, trustworthy alibis have given. More testing of the SCP in this form should be scheduled.
