🇧🇷Today, September 11, 2025, Bolsonaro became the first Brazilian president to be convicted of a coup d'état. He was sentenced to 27 years and 3 months in prison.
The final and emblematic vote came from a women! Minister of the Federal Supreme Court, Cármen Lúcia.
She said:
"It is always important to remember that, no matter how much care is taken of the public and political health of a state-run society, no matter how much care is taken of the institutional structure, no matter how much care is taken to produce constitutional and legal instruments or vaccines to immunize society and the State from dictatorial adventures, nowhere in the world, and even less so here, is there absolute immunity against the virus of authoritarianism that insidiously infiltrates, distilling its poison to contaminate freedoms and human rights."
rest in peace to the courageous and talented tatiana schlossberg.
an american journalist and author, a daughter of caroline kennedy and edwin schlossberg, and a granddaughter of john f. kennedy and jackie kennedy. she is survived by her family <3
Summary: Jack Schlossberg. Heir to the Kennedy dynasty and your new boyfriend. However, many fans aren’t so happy to see America’s beloved prince is dating you—a confident black woman.
Warning(s): racism, cursing
(Author’s note: This story felt a bit personal. I see so many beautiful black women who end up with white celebrities and the comments are just down right disgusting. I wanted to write a story that encapsulates this reality, but also shows a man willing to love and speak up for his woman. As always, let me know what you think!🫶🏽)
"He was their white Prince Charming, and I think they considered that he should definitely be with someone white and blonde and not me," -FKA Twigs.
John Bouvier Kennedy Schlossberg.
or as everyone liked to call him: Jack.
Harvard and Yale graduate. Political commentator. Son of Caroline Kennedy. Social media comedian. Certified RFK Jr hater. #1 Ragebaiter against conservatives.
But the title that stuck most of all: Heir to the Kennedy Dynasty.
The title stuck to the young man, whether he wanted it or not. His fate was already decided the moment that his mother had appointed his name as John after his late grandfather.
It was funny—the first time that you had met Jack. You found him to be incredibly beautiful, but rather plain. Well, that was at least what you wanted to convince yourself about him. It was a benefit gala for displaced individuals in New York. Naturally, with his connections and outspoken social media presence, Jack was one of the guests that received an invitation to the event.
Due to your nonprofit work that you did on the side, you had also received an invitation to the event. The table setting was completely random for the event, so call it fate or coincidence, you and Jack were seated next to each other.
You had donned a radiant midnight blue gown that had clung to your skin, along with a diamond necklace that had been passed down from generation to generation by the women in your family.
You had opted to wear your natural curly hair to complement the gown. Admittedly, you had no interest in talking to Jack. You had been to enough of these events to get a general gauge of the attendees.
Sure, there were some people who truly cared about the cause, but there were generally rich snobs who wanted to flex the amount of money that they could drop, and in turn, write it off on their taxes.
Their casual ignorance to their privilege made you sick to your stomach. You were in your 3rd year of your clinical psychology Ph.D program. Your topic of research was centered around black women’s mental health, with a specific focus on postpartum depression.
You casually mingled with other guests that you were familiar with at the gala before taking your seat next to Jack. The man gave you a polite smile which you returned.
When dinner was served, which had been a rather dull salmon, which left you feening for a greasy burger from the joint around the corner. You could see all of the other people at the table become enraptured by Jack and you suppose you got the appeal. But there was still a part of you that was weary of his charm.
You were mindlessly picking at the salmon on your plate when you heard him speak, “Not a salmon girl?”
Your eyes flickered over to him, “Quite the opposite, actually. I love it, but I really wish they would feed us more at these things.”
Jack let out a surprised laugh before turning his body to yours, “Right?! I always leave these things starving. I’m Jack, by the way.”
You gave him your name and the two of you shook hands. Discreetly, you searched your purse in hopes of finding your emergency Welch’s gummies. Once you located the pack, you were subtly chewing on the fruit-flavored snack.
Jack leaned over, whispering, “Would it be too forward if I asked for one of your gummies?”
“I don’t know. I’m not usually in the business of sharing my gummies with strangers,” you teased.
“Well…if my memory serves me right..since it was only two minutes ago, I gave you my name and you gave me yours. So I guess that makes us not strangers—more like casual acquaintances.” Jack stated, all matter-of-factly.
You leaned in closer to him, “Casual acquaintances would suggest that we’ve seen each other more than once. I just met you two minutes ago. In my book, that makes you a stranger.”
You saw Jack’s eyes widen and a soft smile overtook this lips. There was the beginnings of a look of someone who was becoming very interested in another person. You decided to take pity on him and discreetly deposited the sweet treats into his hand.
Jack began eating the gummies, but you could still sense his inquisitive gaze on you. Almost childlike. Like he wanted to lay you on the table and remove every layer until he knew all of your secrets.
You and Jack continued your pseudo-meal with you sharing your gummies with him. When you made it to the end of the bag, there was only one gummy left. Without thinking, you split it in half and passed one half to Jack.
He gave you a surprised look before smirking, “You are aware that you splitting the last gummy is grounds for new terms for our relationship. This now makes us casual acquaintances.”
You shook your head at the goofy smile on his face. You were beginning to see the appeal of the Kennedy man.
The gala continued with casual conversation between you and Jack. You both would get pulled into conversations with other people, but you noticed that somehow you and Jack always ended up talking again. Before either of you knew it, the gala was over.
It was time for you to depart and go back to your respective lives.
You rose from your chair and just as you were turning to leave, Jack grabbed your wrist, “I feel like I owe you for eating half of your gummies. Let me buy you another one….and maybe even a burger.”
“I don’t know Mr. Schlossberg, I tend to keep my casual acquaintances…how do I put this—casual.” You stated, giving the man a sly smile.
Jack shook his head in amusement, before stepping closer to you. “What if I said this burger and gummy run were all strictly casual? You can even leave me sitting there.”
You thought it over before nodding. With that, you and Jack were off to this little hole-in-the-wall spot where there was barely anyone there. You figured that he chose the spot, as to not be spotted by lurking paparazzi. Secretly, you were grateful. The last thing you needed was your face being plastered across some seedy newspaper, and being labeled as Jack Schlossberg’s new fling.
You and Jack stood in line. You imagined that the two of you look absolutely weird, you in your dress and him in his tux. You both placed your respective orders, and as you went to pay, Jack was already tapping his card.
He smirked at you. You rolled your eyes in response, “Paying for my food? That’s not something that casual acquaintances do.”
Jack shrugged, “Guess, I’m trying to earn my spot as friend. Plus, I invited you here. It’s only right that I pay.”
You decided not to argue with him, and he ushered you to a booth that was located in the corner of the restaurant. The lights were dimmed, so even if anyone walked in, they wouldn’t be able to make out your features.
Jack broke the silence that had settled between the two of you, “I know you keep saying that this is casual, but am I allowed to ask you questions?”
You pondered on it before nodding.
“What’s the most random fact that you know?” Jack questioned. You blinked in confusion until you were sure that he was being completely serious.
A surprised laugh left your mouth before you spoke, “No number before 1,000 contains the letter A.”
You could tell that your answer took Jack by surprise and you could mentally see him going over the numbers in his mind. Once he concluded that your fact was right, it was his turn to laugh.
The conversation between you and Jack continued. The two of you jumped around from topic to topic, almost like the two of you were long lost friends, who were reuniting for the first time in years.
You didn’t ask Jack any of the typical questions that he’d grown used to hearing.
What’s it like being JFK’s grandson?
Jack, what was your uncle like?
Do you have any specific memories of your uncle and Carolyn?
Are you running for Congress?
Are you running for President?
What’s your mom like?
How does it feel being heir to the Kennedy dynasty?
All of those questions felt so invasive and parasitic. He was tired of his identity only being tied to his last name. There were times when he just wanted to be–Jack.
Not JFK’s grandson.
And here in this tiny little restaurant with you, he had felt that for the first time. He didn’t want that feeling to end anytime soon.
Your burgers arrived at the table. You lifted your burger and bit into it. You pulled back and frowned for a second.
“What? Is it gross?” Jack questioned.
“Nope, it’s amazing. It’s just that it has pickles. I’m not really a pickle fan.” You replied. You set the burger down and removed the top bun. You picked up the pickles and set them at the top of the plate.
With practiced ease, Jack plucked the pickles from your plate and placed them on his burger. In return, you snagged a few fries from his plate. If anyone else had seen the two of you, they would swear that you had been dating for ages and this was a common ritual for the two of you.
You and Jack continued your meal together with small comments in between bites. The two of you left the restaurant and you were just about to call for a taxi when Jack stopped you.
“I owe you a pack of gummies.”
With that, you let him pull you in the direction of a near-by bodega. Once you had acquired your gummies, the two of you casually walked and shared the pack. Jack made you laugh as you both attempted to catch the gummies with your mouths. You had thrown gummies that had hit Jack in his face and bounced off. The two of you laughed like preschool children.
Jack lifted his hand and hailed a taxi for the two of you. His justification being that it was good for the environment if the two of you shared a taxi. You merely chuckled but you didn’t refute his argument.
In the taxi, the two of you sat next to each other. Giddy and butterfly filled, as if this were a first day. Subtly, the two of you didn’t notice your bodies shifting closer together.
You didn’t even noticed that your pinkies had managed to intertwine at some point. Jack, however, noticed and smiled to himself.
“How long have the two of you been together?” The taxi driver asked smiling at the two of you from the mirror.
You and Jack quickly looked at each other. “Oh, we aren’t together. We just met tonight.” You quickly explained.
The taxi driver laughed, “Just met and he’s already looking at you like that? Well let me tell you something honey, seems like he likes you already.”
You looked over at Jack, who was already staring at you. You felt a blush creeping on your face at the intense look on his face.
The taxi driver didn’t say anything else, but he could bet all his money that you and the young man were going to end up together. You didn’t just look at someone like that–like they were Venus–without that meaning something.
The taxi stopped in front of your apartment and you got out. Jack got out, before asking the taxi driver to wait. The two of you stood in front of your building. For a moment, you just stared. Really stared at each other, as if you were memorizing each and every detail of each other’s person.
“I had a good time with you,” Jack stated. He rocked slightly on his feet, and in that moment, he reminded you of a small kid.
“Me too. Thank you again, for the burger and the gummies.” You said, biting your lip slightly.
You held your hand out to him, “It was nice meeting you, Jack.”
The way you said it—final, absolute.
You were putting a stop to it before it could progress. You knew the spaces that Jack operated, and the pressure that came with being seen with someone with a name like his. You didn’t know if you could handle that, or if you were strong enough.
It was easier this way.
To end it. Before either of you had the chance to develop feelings.
You saw Jack’s expression drop, but you could see that he understood. He shook your hand, robotically. You two were now back to your appointed titles—strangers.
You entered your apartment, but not before sparing one last glance at Jack. The man, looked longingly after you, before entering the taxi again.
The taxi driver began to drive again. He was giving quick glances to Jack in the mirror. He saw the sullen expression on the young man’s face. “So that’s it? You’re not gonna chase after her?”
Jack contemplated before answering, “Didn’t really seem like she wants that. I’m just respecting her boundaries.”
The taxi driver shook his head, “Look kid, I’ve only seen you and her together for about 20 minutes, but even that was enough for me to notice the chemistry between the two of you. You didn’t see the way that she looked back at you? She likes you but she’s scared. Don’t let yourself miss out on something spectacular because of fear.”
Jack let the taxi driver’s word seep into his mind. He was right. He wouldn’t let you slip through his fingers.

New York can be a really big place when it wants to be.
Ever since the faithful night when you had managed to woo the Kennedy prince, he was on the hunt for his Cinderella. He only had your first name, which wasn’t much to work off of, but he still searched tirelessly for you.
It seemed that fate was apparently on his side, as he spotted you going into a local library one day. Without any thoughts, he quickly ran behind you, hoping to catch up with you. When he entered the library, he was mind boggled to not see you anywhere.
Jack searched tirelessly on each floor in order to find you. He found you in a quiet study, sipping on a coffee, writing on a white board, and then reviewing a scatter of notes around you on the table.
For a moment, he allowed himself to admire you. To analyze you. Your hair was pulled into a high puffball on the top of your head. You had a pair of gold hoops in your ears and Jack also observed the other piercings that decorated the top of your ear.
You had on a sweatshirt and small biker shorts. When you turned back to the table, Jack could see a pair of glasses that adorned your face.
God, you looked beautiful.
He felt his heart beat against his chest as he lifted his hand to knock on the door. You glanced up and appeared surprised as you saw Jack standing outside the door.
You waved your hand, signaling that he could come in. For a beat, you and Jack stood and stared at each other, as if trying to familiarize with the details of each other again.
“You’re really hard to track down, especially without a last name.” Jack said, casually taking a seat the table, which was filled with your notes.
You flipped the dry erase marker between your fingers. “Maybe I didn’t want to be found. Did that theory ever cross your mind?” A smirk graced your glossed lips.
Jack leaned forward, “That theory did cross my desk, but I figured that you wouldn’t want to forget about our gummy bear date.”
A chuckle left your mouth, “That was a date?”
Jack shook his head, “Nope, it was a test run. We can do a real date, Friday at 7:00, if you’d like?”
You let the thought simmer. Jack rambled through the tote bag on his shoulder, “Maybe these will sweeten the deal.”
Your gaze moved to the crumpled pack of Welch’s gummies that he had placed on the table and slid towards you. You looked back at him, “Sorry that the package is all wrinkly. I was carrying them around in hopes of bumping into you & offering them.”
A bubble of laughter left you. Did this man actually carry a packet of gummies around in hopes of asking you out?
You opened the packet of gummies before popping a few in your mouth. You offered the bag to Jack, who also popped a few into his mouth.
“You pick me up on Friday. Don’t be late, Schlossberg.”
With that, you turned back to the board and began writing again.
At the table, Jack sat there with a goofy grin on his face. He continued to sit there and watch you work. At one point, he had gotten up to get more snacks and had started to work at the table himself.
The two of you moved like a well-oiled machine. The sounds of typing, scribbling, slight squeaks from the dry erase board, and crinkles from your snacks filled the space. It added to the overall ambiance of the moment.
Jack discreetly watched you work, concentration all over your beautiful face. He scanned the room and felt a sudden warmth enter his chest. For a moment, he allowed himself to imagine the two of you in a home, working alongside each other like this.
He found that he liked the image a lot more than he was ready to admit.
Later that week, he had taken you on your appointed date.
Six months later, you were his girlfriend.
__________________
“Hold still, John.” You admonished to the twitchy man.
You and Jack were currently in his bathroom at his apartment. He had asked you to cut his hair and use your products to define his curls.
You were meticulous with snipping the ends of his hair and coiling the strands around your fingers.
Jack was in euphoria with having you so close to him. He loved seeing the intense concentrated look on your face as you maneuvered the scissors. Besides, from his position in the chair, he had a great view of your boobs in your sports bra.
He snuck a look at you before intertwining his arms around your waist. He moved his hands to cup your backside and squeezed.
“Behave,” you warned.
“I am behaving. Scout’s honor.” Jack said holding up two fingers. You shook your head in amusement. You turned his head to the front before resuming the haircut.
Jack glanced at your midsection and bet his lip. Subtly, he moved his face closer to your stomach and ran his lips across the skin. A shiver went through your body. The man allowed his lips to caress your skin and he gently ran his tongue across your stomach.
“John.”
“Okay, okay! It’s not my fault that my beautiful girlfriend is standing here looking like an absolute goddess.” Jack whined.
“If you’re a good boy, then maybe, you’ll get a treat.” You teased. The words alone were enough to get Jack to sit still.
Next, he picked up his phone and started to record himself, “Do you guys think I should go bald? I think I’d look rather sexy, in a chic way. Let’s see what my girlfriend says….she said no guys. What the boss says goes. But I know that guys are so jealous because my beautiful educated girlfriend is cutting my hair free of charge. It’s true love. She even bought me my own lip gloss.”
Jack removed the lip gloss from his pocket, which he had stolen from you and started to apply some to his lips. He smacked his lips into the camera, “The baddest, honestly.”
He continued on with other fun shenanigans before ending the video and uploading it to Tik Tok. You knew that Jack was very active on social media. His sarcastic, weird, and witty personality had drawn people in. He was that way with you too, but he could have his moments of being serious.
You wouldn’t replace it for anything in the world.
Even with his constant presence on social media, Jack was meticulous with not posting you too much. He knew that you valued your privacy. Plus, your safety, online and in-person, was important to him.
He would only give brief glimpses of you in his videos, but he referenced you all the time.
However, the internet is a curious place and people can work from the smallest details. Despite the fact that you and Jack were selective with your public appearances, there had still managed to be photos of you that appeared online next to Jack.
It wasn’t too long before social media had found your name and social media profiles. You had witnessed your account go from a mere thousand to ten thousand as people flocked to see the woman that had captured the Kennedy Prince’s heart.
The reception to you had been rather divisive. On one hand, there were a huge majority of people who loved you and Jack together. They were enamored by you and your beauty. They admired the work that they saw you doing for black and brown women in the community. They were happy to see a black queen on the arms of the next Kennedy heir.
To your surprise, there were even fanpages dedicated to your moves and fashion. With your relationship with Jack, it often entailed attending other fancy events, even political ones. You were the picture of elegance as you posed next to Jack in pictures. At times, the cameras would flash even more at the sight of you.
What added to your allure is that people had rarely heard you speak. You gave bread crumbs in terms of your social media, but there were several public interviews that you had given on behalf of initiatives that you were apart of. People had gotten so desperate to hear you speak that they had even looked up recorded lectures of your classes that you taught as a TA.
You were shocked to see that people had been dubbing you as their next Princess Diana. They could see why Jack had fallen in love with you.
However, part of you worried, about this label and the type of attention that it would garner you.
With the good, there is always bad. While you did have a considerable large support from the world, there were others who were less welcoming about your relationship with Jack.
People who genuinely felt that you were beneath Jack, and stated that he was stooping low by dating you. So-called “girl’s girls” who had dedicated videos and anonymous Reddit threads to tearing you apart and critiquing your appearance.
One such thread being labeled, “Jack’s Jungle Fetish.” In the thread, anonymous posters speculated on the reason that Jack was with you. It couldn’t be that you were a smart educated beautiful woman. No, their conclusion was that Jack was going through a rebellious phase, which consisted of dating you.
One commenter had even said, “Tea from a close friend of mine says that Jack is tired of being dubbed the next Kennedy heir and he’s rebelling against his family, which is why he’s dating her. My friend said that his mom doesn’t even like her and wants him to be with someone more close in their family circle!”
False.
Another commenter, “I mean it’s so clear that he’s not really into her. It has to just be sex. You know easy they can be. I’m sure that once Jack is done with her, he’s going to throw her away and pop out with someone else.”
Ouch!
You weren’t an idiot. You were privy to the gossip and critiques about you online. You had privated your social media accounts for that very reason. The continuous harassment and racially motivated DMs were all deleted and never mentioned to Jack.
You knew who they wanted to see Jack with. They were expecting Jack to end up with a blonde blue-eyed girl with a name that held just as much historical background as his. They wanted him to be with the girl on social media whose posts were always aesthetic, she went to pilates, made matcha from scratch, and all of her posts consisted of some deep poetry. They wanted a Charolette York type for Jack—just not you.
You were confident in your relationship with Jack. You knew that he loved you and you for sure knew that his family loved you.
Jack introduced you to his family early on. First, his sisters to break the ice. Then came his parents. You and Caroline Kennedy had gotten on so well that she would sometimes call you, even if you weren’t around Jack.
One weekend, the two of you had gone to spend time with his parents. Jack and his mom stood in the kitchen, as you sat outside playing a game of checkers with his dad. Jack watched the ease at which his dad had adapted to you.
His dad was often a quiet man, but you had turned him into quite the chatterbug since arriving. He didn’t even realize that he hadn’t stopped looking at you until his mother called his name softly.
“You love her, don’t you?” She asked, glancing back out the door.
“A lot. I love her so much, mom.” He said, and for the first time, his mother was able to see the love dripping off of him.
Her baby boy was in love.
And she knew without a doubt that you’d take care of him.

After his haircut, you and Jack had decided to lounge in his bed. He had his head in your lap as you played with his hair.
Suddenly, your fingers ran gently across his nose, “Did I ever tell you how much I like your nose, John?”
You were the only one who ever really called him John. He used to hate hearing the name from others and always insisted that they called him Jack. But with you, his insides always turned all gooey when you’d call him by his name.
It was the way you said it, all low and raspy.
He liked being your John.
“You like my nose? It’s kind of big,” he said wrinkling his nose slightly.
“You know what they say about big noses,” you teased, continuing to stroke his nose. “I love it because it fits your face. Plus, all of the best Roman emperors had big noses.”
“So you’re comparing me to Roman emperors. You’re really stroking my ego here, baby.” He said, sitting up so the two of you were eye to eye.
You leaned closer, “With a nose and face card like that John, I suppose you could start wars. Have everybody fighting just for a glimpse.”
Jack laughed, nerves taking over his body. With you, you had managed to make him nervous. He felt like a girl tucking her hair behind her ear whenever you’d compliment him.
You took his face in your hands and started to place kisses on his face, starting with his forehead. Next, his nose. One for each cheek and finally planting your lips on his.
You ran your tongue across his lips as he parted them. As you sucked at his tongue, Jack moaned softly. All pathetic and needy.
For you, he’d be that. He’d worship at your feet if you asked him to.

When you had awaken the next morning, you should’ve known by the cramping in your gut that something wasn’t right.
You had gotten your period, but there was also something a lot more devastating at play. Jack was still sleeping in the bed by the time that you had gotten up. He was lying on his side with his arm thrown over to your side of the bed. He always naturally gravitated to you in his sleep over the course of the night.
You didn’t check your phone—you never did in the morning. You liked to spend the first few hours in peace and quiet and present before opening any emails or social media. You had made yourself a cup of coffee and sat by the window.
You admired the gloomy weather that was present in NYC. You absentmindedly traced at the raindrops that littered the window.
“Morning, baby,” Jack said, walking in the kitchen and stretching. He leaned over to kiss you before going to make himself a cup of coffee.
He sat next to you and pulled your feet in his lap. He moved one of your ankles up and placed a kiss by the anklet that held the “J” charm that he had gifted you.
There you were, two content lovers, in a moment of serene intimacy. Little did you both know, a storm of hatred was brewing and threatened to pop your bubble of serenity.
“You hungry?” Jack asked, rising and placing your feet back on the couch.
You nodded and your man set off to make you some breakfast. Jack knew that you liked to eat light in the morning, so he cooked you both toast, eggs, and cut up fresh fruit. Your shared breakfast was spend admiring the outside weather and sharing pieces of fruit.
A few seconds passed before Jack’s phone rang throughout your apartment. Jack ignored it, in favor of spending these moments with you.
When the phone’s shrill tone rang out again, he groaned and marched to the bedroom to get it. You could hear faint mumbling through the walls before Jack exploded.
Quickly, you rose from the chair and ran into the bedroom.
Jack’s whole demeanor gave off that he was furious. You had never seen him this mad before. He paced back and forth in the bedroom, “Do you know who did this? Of course! They’re too pussy, so they gotta do it anonymously! I want it taken down right now. Call whoever you have to.”
With that, he threw the phone down in anger. It was then that he noticed you standing in the entrance of the bedroom.
“What? What’s wrong?” You asked, nerve tinging your voice.
Jack shook his head, “I can’t put it into words. I just need you to not check your phone and don’t check your social media.”
“You’re scaring me Jack. What is it?!”
Jack sighed, running his hands across his face, “Someone edited a picture of you, and….its horrible…I can’t describe it.”
You moved across the bedroom and grabbed your phone. You saw that there were hundreds of notifications on the screen. Messages from friends and family, and colleagues asking if you were okay.
Jack tried in vain to wrestle the phone from your grip, but it was too late. The damage was already done.
You had seen the photo.
Someone had gotten a picture of you and Jack at a recent event together. Only your side of the picture was edited. For the caption, they had said: “Schlossberg and his monkey.”
It felt like someone had knocked the wind out of your body. You suddenly felt like you couldn’t breathe and clasped at your neck. A myriad of emotions slammed into your body all at once.
Before you or Jack could comprehend it, your body collapsed to the floor and sobs throughout your body.
Jack had quickly made his way over to you and knelt down to pick you up. He cradled your body to his and let you cry.
You wanted to be surprised by this, but unfortunately, you weren’t. There were still so many ignorant people out there who couldn’t accept that black women deserved to be loved. Black women deserved to be cherished and worshipped.
All of this hate.
And for what?
All because you had dared to love Their White Prince.
Jack continued to rock you in his arms, “I’m so sorry baby. I’m going to fix it. I don’t care what it costs, I’m going to fix this.”
_________________
You had cried yourself to sleep and were currently cuddling Jack’s pillow. Jack hated to see how small and childlike you looked.
He wanted to say that he was surprised, but he wasn’t. He knew the risks that came with being associated with him and his family. He knew that people could be so horribly cruel, but for them to come for you in this way, it made him sick to his stomach.
The woman that he loves and wants to spend the rest of his life with was being targeted. All because he had chosen you.
His mind drifted to thought of his uncle and his marriage to Carolyn Bessette. He could vaguely remember the whispered conversations of the media harassing them. He could remember his uncle being frustrated to see how much pain it all left Carolyn with.
That type of scrutiny often led to resentment.
He didn’t want you to begin to resent him. He loves you, and he was willing to do anything to make it work.
He wouldn’t sit idly by while people, who were too scared and pathetic to show their faces, tore you apart online. They didn’t know you. They didn’t know your story or your dedication to hard work. They didn’t get to make gross and distasteful comments and assumptions about you when they had never had a chance to meet you.
Jack kissed the side of your head and walked into the living room with his phone.
He set the phone up and pressed record.
____________________
You woke up an hour later and rubbed at your eyes. They felt all swollen from your earlier crying fit. You walked into your bathroom and ran a face towel under the hot water. Pressing the towel to your eyes, you let out a sigh of relief.
Walking back into the bedroom, you glanced at your phone, but opted not to pick it up. You didn’t see any signs of Jack in your apartment, so you started searching for him.
You found him sitting on your couch, staring off into space and drinking a bottle of water. Once he noticed you standing there, he seemed to snap out of his trance, “Hey, you want me to make you some tea?”
You nodded and followed behind him to the kitchen. Jack moved flawlessly through your kitchen from memory. He had been here so many times that he was familiar with where you kept everything.
He placed the cup of tea in front of you and kissed the top of your head. He exited to go into the kitchen and came back in. He set a bouquet of flowers and a pack of gummies on the table.
“I didn’t want to leave you here, so I asked my sister if she’d go pick these up for me.” He said shyly.
For the first time, you let out a laugh, “You’re such a dork, John.”
Jack nodded, “Yeah, but I’m your dork.”
He continued to watch you to sip on your tea. “I’m sorry. I should’ve been more proactive about keeping you safe online too. Have you been getting comments like that often?”
You stared out the window, “Yeah, comments and DMs. I usually would delete them before you could see them. That’s why I chose to private my accounts.”
Jack sighed and ran his hands through his hair, “Baby, I wish you would’ve told me. I could’ve said something then.”
“What would you have said, Jack? You can’t stop people from being ignorant and racist.”
Jack angled his body towards you and turned your face to his. He made sure that you were holding eye contact with him, “You’re right. I can’t stop people from being racist dicks, but I sure as hell can take up for my girlfriend. I’m not just going to sit by and watch some pathetic losers trash you online.”
He moved in closer, “I love you. I love you so much that it hurts to think about sometimes. I want to spend the rest of my life with you and that includes spending every moment loving you and protecting you. I’m all in when it comes to you.”
You felt tears beginning to well up in your eyes. You launched your body towards his and wrapped your arms around his body. “I love you too, John.”
Pulling back, you were now sitting in Jack’s lap. “I made some calls and got some people to take the picture down. It may be still circulating around, but if anyone tries to post it, then it’ll get flagged and taken down. Also, we found the original IP address that it came from, so we’re good to press charges for online harassment if that’s what you want.”
You looked almost surprised, “You did all of that in the short hour that I was asleep.”
“Like I said. I’d do anything in my power to protect you…..and that’s not the only thing I did. I made a video.” Jack stated.
He open his app and started to play the video, “Hi everybody, so this video is going to be different from other videos that I tend to post. As many of you have probably already seen, there’s a disgusting photo that’s being shared online about my girlfriend. Some of you have probably shared the photo and even commented. I’m taking the necessary steps to get the photo taken down and find out who’s responsible for creating it. What I really wanted to come on here and say is, I am truly appalled at the lengths that you all would go through to disparage my girlfriend’s image. People who claim to be fans and supporters of mine sending hateful and racist comments to the woman that I love. I’m doing a video instead of some poor statement written in a notes app. If any of you have any hate towards my girlfriend, then I would gladly like to say fuck you and get the fuck off my page. Anyone who feels that it’s okay to come for her, then it applies to you as well. I understand the pressures that come with having this last name and legacy, but I won’t stand for anyone believing that it’s okay to come for her. This is the woman that I love and plan to spend the rest of my life with. I’m asking that you spend more time thinking on your words and how they would affect others before posting. I’m also asking that you respect her privacy. Thank you.”
The video had been posted to all of Jack’s social media platforms and was currently viral. Many fans, especially black women, were glad to see Jack being so bold and speaking up for you like this.
In a world where black women tended to not be defended, Jack was proving the status quo wrong by going all in for you.
You looked over to Jack with tears in your eyes and smiled, “I really love you, John.”
He planted a deep kiss on your lips, “I love you too, baby.”
imagining WIFE!READER as an orion carloto type, who balances modelling and writing, and makes tiktoks in the same vain of alanabananaxox on tiktok (she's been my no.1 tiktoker since 2021) and sotce.
met wife!reader at a runway after party of an up and coming new york indie brand ( sandy liang, khaite, bode etc. )
proposes to you with the blythe doll you had been obsessing over, dressed in a wedding dress and hand-customised by a popular etsy dealer with quite a high rate like this girl on tt
encouraged by jack to do a ‘what’s in my ( miu miu joie leather ) bag’ video on tiktok to help campaign for kamala akin to this video of anne hathaway but with a different vibe.
jack is ultimate embarrassing hard launcher bofy, leaving in all his girlfriends giggles that come from his chaotic antics when filming his videos.
wife!reader loves to slather jack’s face in biologique recherche’s “masque vivant”, he complains that it smells like rotting meat😹😹😹😹😹.
jack would be always on that damn phone during your runway shows, recording each time you pass him by in the catwalk.
would be the absolute opposite of marriage-shy.
unpopular opinion this man would be asking about marriage, a solid 3 months in ( jfk and jackie married in a YEAR )
fucks UP a rotisserie chicken.
forwards you his tweets before and asks if they’re good enough to post.
smells like aesop musk and of herbal deodorant.
wife!reader buys rick owen’s black and white t-shirts and slacks for jack, and jack’s absolutely baffled when he learns the price tag.
love language is buying wife!reader drinks whenever and wherever they are: hot chocolate in central park, home-delivers you a sab benedetto sparkling water because he had a meeting at cipriani downtown, and always orders a polo bar punch for you prior to your arrival to your shared weekly dinner date at the polo bar on 55th st.
instigates a24 marathons on friday nights, much to the dismay of your prior night plans ( you are more of a criterion collection girl and have held a subscription since you were a freshman in college )
( clumsily ) slips lana del rey lyrics into sexting and dirty talk.
husband!jack and wife!reader texts go like this:
jack is horrific at low impact pilates, he needs to be near a body of water.
he wears your prized doublesoul x orion caroloto ‘lamb’ socks around your woodfloored high-rise despite your varied attempts at hiding them from him.
constantly frets over you during society galas, which is quite convenient due to your tempered social anxiety and your forgetful memory of high society etiquette.
immediately brings you to meet the family, for which you were completely unprepared for ( i’m imagining something reminder of that one story of meghan markle meeting princess kate middleton in ripped jeans and bare feet )
jack loves to wear your 100% cotton brandy melville pointelle tanks despite them being comically tiny for his frame.
would have an innocence kink.
he gets intensely flushed when called his proper full name: john bouvier kennedy schlossberg, wife!reader abuses this to the HIGHEST degree!!!
the first time he entered you apartment he was constantly paranoid of breaking anything because your house was littered with ceramics from brooklyn under-ground designers and clay lamb figurines.
he NEEDS his beauty Zzzzzzz or else.
plays with your very expensive westman atelier blushes like a toddler.
sickly devoted to you.
you both want to adopt a lamb despite living in a HIGH-RISE apartment.
sends pics captioned with anaïs nin lewd quotes.
he would think whole foods was stupidly over priced but would purchase his groceries there in spite of his opinions.
has hyperfixations on old-hollywood women which causes you to be snippy at him for exactly 2-3 hours ex. jack’s current hyper fixation on audrey hepburn being his doppelgänger.
wife!reader definitely participated in that egg cracking trend where girls would crack an egg on their boyfriends head.
would love caring for your hair and doing your curly girl hair routine if you had one.
wife!reader does small yet viral shoots for brands like mirror palais, the row, and loewe.
manhandles you ( lovingly ) without even trying.
mans is a chronic diptyque candle lighter.
loves to be coddled and cradled as a grown man…
plays with your van cleef stack before stage when he’s nervous about his speech landing correctly
uses his family connections to get his girl courted by the high-ticket fashion brands: schiaparelli, chanel, dior, yves saint laurent etc.
I think the people that are criticizing Jack for coming out against the jfk jr and carolyn show are missing context of why he’s so pissed off. Imagine your insane antivax cousin announces his candidacy for president and uses your grandfather’s presidential ad from 60 years ago to promote himself, and then that same year your sister is diagnosed with terminal cancer, that cousin then becomes the HHS secretary and starts gutting funding for cancer that maybe just maybe could help your sister, you are now helping taking care of your niece and nephew to take a load off of your sister and brother-in-law, then this sensationalized show on your dead aunt and uncle is announced and you are told to get over it because it’s not that serious and you were only 6 when they died so what the hell do you know about them.
thinking about jack schlossberg waking up with a morning wood next to you
your boyfriend's sex drive was both a blessing and a curse to you both. he swore he never was having sex the way he was having it with you. no one before you made him feel like you did. he was hungry for you 24/7.
and obviously it couldn't be different on his birthday. you let him do whatever he wanted and treated him like royalty. it was heaven for you too, because Jack wouldn't be himself if he didn't give you his all and made you see stars.
you fell asleep around 3 am tired, but on a cloud nine and you were sure that your man's hunger was fully satisfied and so thought he. but oh god, was he mistaken.
he didn't think he had a dream about you, but he couldn't be sure. maybe he had, but didn't remember, but he knew one thing. he was painfully hard for you.
sun was already high in the sky, but you were still asleep next to his side. his arm loosely around your waist. too far away from him for his liking. his hand slowly moved higher and squeezed your breast lightly.
he didn't know why was that, but your skin was always the softest in the mornings. and you smelled like the sweetest, safest place he could ever be.
he let out a sigh and closed his eyes, memories of last night flashing before his eyes. it was like he was taken a few hours back in time. he was able to hear your moans, screams of his names mixed with his growls and praises and filth he was whispering in your ear. the noises your cunt was making, he groaned thinking about them.
god, so embarassing, he thought when he felt pre cum staining his boxers. he didn't want to wake you, but also didn't want to jerk himself off, not when you were just next to him.
his head hit the pilow, eyes closing once more as he was debating what to do, trying to survive this tortured. he wondered if he was able to cum untouched, just from thinking about you. he decided that if he could, it would be the hottest thing he had done in his life.
he felt something hot on his cock, but his eyes were still closed and he was so desperate and lost in his head he didn't notice. only when he felt a light, but deliberate squeeze his eyes shot open.
and there you were. pumping his cock, already slick with pre cum and your spit, eyes up looking right at his.
"birthday boy already up, hm?" you asked voice raspy and Jack straight up moaned at your sight, he didn't even have the chance to respond, words stuck in his throat as you took all of him in one go.
his libido definitely not feeling like a curse at that moment. not when he was blessed with a girl like you.
a/n: my writing sucks rn but birthday boy had to get something
