Trying to do the math of ages. If John Rodriguez 38, that means he’s older than Area X. His mother, Jackie, was at the Forgotten Coast before the border came down. If Jack is in his early 70s by the time of Annihilation, I guess that would mean both Jack and Jackie had children relatively young. Like late teens to 20. Which would place Jackie like… in her mid or so 50s?
