Hear me out on this, imagine spiderverse au, I don't know who's gonna be I don't want it to be Rai, I have plans for him as he's gonna be Gwen in the au. But I did make a scenario for Rai, so imagine where he has to capture a villain from another universe, he captures it but he has to watch out for his sister since she hates Spiderman as she and the Police team were using the villain as a trap, so Rai fought the villain and then the rest of the Spiderman came, then the Spider men from other multiverse came, and helped stopped the villain. But unfortunately when Rai unmasked himself, Ramona was there and was shocked that he's been lying behind her back, then that scene came where Rai begged her to listen "Can't you not be a cop and be my sister for once?!" "You have the right to remain silent!" This hurt Rai, that the Spidermen traps Ramona and let's Rai join them as he ran away from his family to the spider society (Note he has an undercut)

Got a question, correct me if I'm wrong but why Rai isn't with the monks in your previous doodles and only with Jack, Jessie and Mime?

short answer, Uncanny uncle au. anything that is related to that au i tag as uncanny uncle.

long story

Raimundo leaves the temple with the golden tiger claws and when he gets to rio instead of meeting wuya his 'uncle' is already there.

Sal (who is an ancient being interested in humanity) convinces Rai to leave the temple for good and live his life free , trained his element his own way without judgement and help others without being punished by it.

so basically Rai only came back briefly when the monks and jack were getting the reversing mirror took all his things , left no note and left the golden tiger claws behind. So his currently no contact with the temple or monks

Now for those 3

Jack was the first (and maybe only) person that went to look for raimundo after he realised that he isn't with the other monks no more, you know to keep tabs on pontential threats to his plans.

he finds Rai training by himself and doing the wind skating thing and slowly they started to talk and hang out more and more and actually become friends

things start to shift in the balance and the universe had two awaken/make 2 new dragons (metal jack and wood jesse) because of what Sal and Wuya are slowly unraveling at the side

Sal and Rai go to Texas for Sal work and while exploring the desert using his wind powers , he met jesse during that and quickly both realised that "oh you have elemental powers too" and rai gives her a half of the info about all the lore stuff before jack crashes in nearby yelling about bending metal or something

i call that trio specifically the neutral dragons , anyway

Jesse episode happened but Rai is hinding from the monks but looking from far while Jack is already in an alliance with the biker gang temporarily to mess with the monks

also something somewhere else may have gotten broken and now magic stuff may or may not shifted in the world , especially texas.

Those 3 decide to team up to figure out what the hell is happening. Which causes Le mime ,who's been low-key keeping an eye on Jack to team up with them, to be an more active participant on this journey about learning about the truth of the world and how it was originally and to keep a better eye on the person who unleashed wuya that is now also the dragon of metal, a former xiaolin warrior who's connection to wind is deep and who also seems to know more than he lets on and the new dragon of wood who is also the sister of the cowboy monk and who while still not being best with her element could be a powerful ally

also just for the funsies.

So i got more trans rai, still no label but his fluid, usually masc presenting mostly but can confidently be fem when he wants to as long as his not forced into it and can choose for himself.

not an ask but i will let you know that i lowkey call Raimundo and Jill , the 4th wall break siblings (needs a better name i know)

both seem more self aware that they are in a 'play' of soorts, being view by something greater that them (for this example their elements or the universe it self that choose them) , aware they have to make choices they rather don't want to move the 'plot' forward, like rai forgiving master fung more quickly to move things forwards. But it does come with the perk of using whatever knowledge they have to their advantage and many chances of shenanigans.

plus just Jill with her special effects.

okay so not technically fully self aware but enough to know that if master fung is telling them about a new danger they will be dealing with that danger somehow in that day or week and they may able to prepare a bit for it.
