did you know that Paul Serene is my favorite antagonist from all the remedy games? his character is just so... tragic, his former friendship with jack so heartbreaking ;___; ;o;

i think he (romantically) loved both beth and paul. i really do.

and the sad part of it is that he loses them both. his two loves, caught in a cycle of one trying to kill the other ( beth and pre-fracture paul at the end of time, paul and 2010!beth ).

it’s even sadder if you take the zero state interpretation where all three of them were friends once.

incredible how paul serene had multiple dreams about merging into one entity with his ex boyfriend best friend and feeling a supreme sense of peace and fulfillment

surely there's no deeper psychological significance there

oh god and then his doctor not knowing what the fuck to tell him about it 'cause she's a physicist and not a psychologist and just forwarding the details to another doctor

and the fact that he's also in an ambiguous romantic relationship of some sort with this doctor (is she his girlfriend? fiance? or is the fiance thing a time knife invention?)

and she just had to deal with that. just had to deal with her boyfriend/fiance/ceo/patient/whatever telling her about his i'm-so-desperately-in-love-with-my-best-friend dreams because she was worried about his mental well-being

and most of the other employees seem to know about their relationship so everyone she forwarded those dreams to or consulted about them probably knew too

hello! been a while since ive been able to draw, so ive been noodling at some sketches to get back into the swing of things. in order, we got: 1) jackpaul my otp to end all otps (pls play quantum break im begging), 2) lysithea von fireemblem with a bunch of scars, because i am Predictable, 3) a dimileth sketch ive had in my sketchbook since i finished my first azure mood run like two years ago (im obsessed with dimitri and i desire him carnally, in a gay way. this should surprise no one. on that note i have a bunch of art of him that i dont think i ever posted to tumblr, lemme know if yall are interested in that i guess)

anyway now that ive moved, im probably gonna be able to draw a lot more, so uh, *waves hands around vaguely* expect more shit like this i guess?
