I really like drawing this little guy. I wanna make a series about him.

Jackpot is so cute!! But I was wondering how he was made? Because bumblebee and swindle “found” him, so where did he come from?

Haha, the reason we’re being so vague on his origins is because it actually kinda changes depending on the AU that we’re writing! For example, in the main plot for Accelerate it’s most probable that we’ll land decidedly on Jackpot being the result of an Ember shard (and thus technically a Terran)!

However, we have also been developing a “What-If?” environmental swap AU called Slam on the Breaks!—wherein all of the Cybertronian cast in Earthspark end up stranded on CYBERTRON and not Earth. Here Jackpot is the result of an inactive hotspot suddenly churning out jusssst one last protoform that Bumblebee and Swindle stumble upon (in the middle of a resources spat).

There is also, of course *coughs into fist* our own unpostable, private AU’s where Jackpot is the result of alternative (re)production methods. lol

So yeah! The answer to this honestly just depends on the story!

The story reminded me to go back into this ship and I came across the juckport and had a question about the little guy

How did he manage to get a tiny claw machine as an alt mode? Did bro just one day walk out and come back as a claw machine after raiding an arcade? Again ty for the yums art and writing *bows down to yall*

So glad you loved the newest chapter! Everyone's enthusiasm for the update has me pumped to get the next one out to you guys as soon as I can 💪

As for Jackpot's alt mode, not too long after they discovered him Swindle and Bee got caught up in a low-visibility rainstorm so they couldn't make it back to the Maltos. Having pulled over (and entering an argument about how they should have headed back sooner etc.) Jackpot waddled off and peered through the window to an arcade and boom. He scanned a claw machine and gained his alt mode fairly quickly.

Jackpot is suchhhh a cute nameeee how did he get his name and who gave it to him? Also does he have any nick names that his parents gave him?? Love his concept sm you are a saint 🤧🤧💗💗

Much like the Terrans, Jackpot was born instinctively knowing his name and got his alt mode fairly quickly because of it.

As for nicknames, they call him Jackie!! Except for Breakdown who calls him Juckport.

Jackpot is so cute but also a really funny character because he could be scamming you one second but at his core he’s still just a baby, so yes he scams unsuspecting victims but also sometimes he just wants uppies from his dads! Which I think is amazing ❤️

Jackpot is just a little guy toddler who wants to play with his toys! And Mo and Robbie’s toys… and the Terrans’ ‘toys’ and you know what? He wants to play with your toys too—that’s right, every person reading this right now. Cough ‘em up.

Dot tried to teach Jackpot the importance behind “sharing is caring” but it backfired almost instantly because it made Jackpot 10x more insufferable with crocodile tears saying that the Terrans not sharing is because they don’t care about him…
